2 Weeks - no filters
I placed an order for 4 filters after having bought Pureflow in the past. It has now been 2 weeks and I still have not received anything. I missed one filter off the original order and ordered that separately. It arrived in 2 days. Still no filters. The tracking says shipping label created, and nothing more. It has been like this for 2 weeks. I tried calling and emailing and nothing. You have my money, I just need my filters.

Ordered cabin filters for 2 cars
I ordered cabin filters about two weeks ago and got an acknowledgment that order was shipped within 2 days. I haven't heard a peep nor received any updates or tracking info when I would receive them. I suggest you use something other than USPS. For shipping and improve your customer service
