Installation was pretty simple. I did not use the teflon tape that came with the set. I bought a roll from the local hardware store (HD). It is a bit thicker which helps to prevent leaks on installation. I applied the tape to the threads in the same direction that you screw the fittings on so that when tightening, the tape tightens with each turn. Also applied plumbers teflon paste to the inside threads where each fitting screws into/onto. No leaks after installation on 1st try. On the teflon tape I applied approximately 8 wrap arounds on each fitting. I find that this amount is sufficient to prevent any leaks from occurring. Waterfall feature is awesome and the handheld has prefect pressure also. Installed a bit higher than normal (see photos).

I love this shower head. The water flows out of all the holes in the shower head covering a large surface area. The water feels like it's flowing by gravity, very comfortable spray. Not at all like the needle pricking shower heads that are painful. The spray is strong enough to rinse shampoo out of my hair yet gentle enough to feel like a massage. It was easy to install and came with everything you need including the plumbers tape. So far the shower head is not shifting or turning. I thought it might weigh too much on my spigot but it seems to be staying in place well. I haven't had to make any adjustments since installing. I've had it installed for one week now.

it literally comes with pictures to show you how to put it together IN COLOR . there's no way you can get it wrong unless you eat the purple crayon of literacy. My boyfriend who I bought it for says it's like standing in warm rain. What is not in the description is the fact this hand held part of it has two functions as well. a straight stream and a two stream off the handle. it's for cleaning your shower after or during your shower!! The stream is very strong and pressurized!! The handle comes with functions as well for the body . It looks great in my shower. Im happy my boyfriend likes it and that's all that matters

Item is very sturdy. Everything that you screw on is made out of metal which I'm very pleased with. Unlike other ones that I tried and were made out of plastic. Make sure you have an adjustable wrench also known as a monkey wrench so you don't damage it when tightening or loosening it. It's also very fancy in my opinion and great because it's a dual shower head and hand held shower hose.

my husband had it halfway together then found something he did wrong and had to start all over. poor guy! but, it is beautiful, and works exactly as described. i think ill buy one for the guest bath too. it is a great value and a simple way to beautify your home.

It looks great, soo much bigger than our builder grade shower head. I actually installed it. im not very handy but was able to install it with a little help from my husband. it was easier to install than i was anticipating. Works great and looks nice too!!

Bought the first one about 9 months ago and we loved it so much that we had to get another one for our new place. Best relaxing rain and soothing massage ever!

The part that screws to the wall elbow will not tighten. Instructions don't mention that it should be loose.

IT KEEPS LEAKING!!! FROM EVERY NOZZLE. I've wrapped the tape around each nozzle and it stills leaks. this is not my first time replacing a shower head. it should not be this difficult

I received this product defective. Water is coming out the top. It looks like there's a chip in the plastic. I'm so disappointed.
