I bought this after researching MANY ice makers. I've only been using it for a week but I love it so far. I bought some bottled water from the store and only used 2 bottles. I couldn't believe how much ice that made! It's very quiet, which confused me because reading some of the reviews made me think it was going to be loud. I honestly don't have anything bad to say.

I'm so in love with this ice maker. I sit at my desk and snack on the soft ice nuggets like chips.

i watched this item it was expensive but one day i saw it marked down so bought it. i can honestly say even at price it was before markdown It is worthy of every penny ! i looked at pebble ice machines at several places all pricey but i wanted one badly. like i said this one caught marked down but at any rate WORTH IT IT IS AMAZING ITS FAST its awesome pebble NOT bullet ice it's worth it if looking for a pebble ice maker thank you %26 God Bless miss pebble ice maker

Makes ice very fast. Great for family get together. My refrigerator has ice maker it's just great to have for so many people. The only thing I think would make it better if it had a storage compartment to keep ice more frozen. However as fast as it was making it the family was getting. My mother in law wanted one so must be great. Thanks

The only bad thing about this machine is the ice stacks up against the back wall where the ice is coming out and it thinks it's full so it stops making ice so the bucket never fills up unless you keep an eye on it and knock the ice down which is about every 30 minutes or so. Disappointed with it.

I bought this ice maker in July 2025 and really liked it at first. What I didn't like was that I had to constantly knock the ice down from the sides or the ice maker would quit making ice. I did love the type of ice it produced though. Then June of this year (2026), not even a year later, the ice maker started making a loud noise and then quit making ice. I've worked on it for several days and so far I can't get it to work. I always cleaned the ice maker biweekly and never overloaded the water bin, but it didn't seem to matter. A lot of money for such a short usuage. .

The ice machine will start making ice, but once it piles up, it won't push or continue pushing ice to fill up the bucket. It will stop and until you go in there and knock it off so it can continue making more ice putting a picture in here thanks.

the ice is good but the ice gets stuck up in a pile from the shoot and it turns itself off thinking its full ,so everytime i walk by i have to move it and it seems to be running all day because of that

Icemaker arrived with a dent and they will give me a refund but refuse to replace it. it was bought on sale.

The ice is so fine and wet when it first starts making ice it freezes up and gets stopped up where the ice is being dispensed and the gear that shoots it out. This eventually must have ruined something. Or it was a different issue altogether. Our machine started making a really bad noise and stopped making ice. It sounded like it was trying to suck water out of the reservoir but wasn't able to. We only had the machine for 3 1/2 months.
