I love this ice machine so much. The ice is incredible and really is just like sonic ice. It is easy to set up and use. It also has a self-cleaning cycle. My pregnant daughter has hinted she wants me to give it to her,Per but it will never happen.

This has made her to me is the best I've ever had in my entire life And I'm 75 years old it is totally the best I would rather have it than have a icemaker in my refrigerator. It is so convenient and the ice is just perfect for eating. I think everybody should have one sincerely , Dora Kay Phillips. Shelby North Carolina one happy customer.

My daughter-in-law asked for this for Christmas. She said it works very well. She hates filling ice trays because she always spills water in the freezer when stacking the trays. And the plastic ice trays don't last, they crack from twisting them to get the ice out. I'm glad I finally got her a gift she actually likes for once.

It is a good liking model ice formed quickly. Added water to the fill line and ice machine did the rest. It is doing what we wanted. We like how quiet it is. I have not tried the self cleaning function yet but I chose this model for that as one function I wanted.

The ice machine takes a bit of time to get started and makes ice slow. You also have to keep an eye on the ice bin as the machine cuts off if the ice piles up under the drop zone. The machine is fine for 2 or 3 people ,but for anymore it will require you to make and stockpile ice to have enough. The ice has a pretty good texture and crunch to it ,it is almost the ‘good ice'.

Overall, this is A nice icemaker and I love the little pallet type. Ice cubes it makes. There are a couple of drawbacks that I Noticed that possibly would have me decide on a different model. The way the ice cubes fall out into the container makes them drop straight down and they end up building a small pile which makes the unit think it is full of ice. You have to knock down the pile so it will continue making ice. Also, the tray the ice collects in, sits above the icemaker which actually makes the ice melts more quickly. My previous unit. The ice stayed pretty firm for a much longer period of time. But the unit works fine, it's not very loud, so I felt it was worth keeping.

I was very excited to get this and waited to write my review. This machine is really really loud!!!! The ice bucket does not fill completely because the way the ice falls out it piles up to the ice chute this stopping the ice maker from making more until you move the ice around. I'm writing this because I wish I had known ahead of time.

I purchased this as a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas. She contacted me about a month and a half ago to let me know that I quit working. Since then, I've been trying to figure out how to use the warranty after figuring out what company the warranty was even under. They're asking for information that I do not have and I keep trying to call Walmart and getting pushed off to many different people who are unable to help. Please help.!!!

The ice bin is too small, the ice clogs in the drop shoot if you are not in there rearranging the ice constantly. It does make ice quickly but the above issues override that one plus. I will probably look for another one and sell or trash this one. Not worth the sale price I paid for it, and definitely not worth full price.

Great little sized nuggets! The problem is they get stuck in the chute so it backs up. When you go to use it and think there will be plenty of ice ready - nope. It's all been blocked in the chute and you are left with a sad face and an empty cup. I regret this purchase. Very much.
