Philips 70" Class 4K Ultra HD (2160p) Google Smart LED TV (70PUL7553/F7)

This is my 5th Phillips tv in the last 15 years . The picture just keeps getting better while keep the cost affordable. Second one in the last year and I really like this with the thin border around the edge. But the remote sucks just like the other one I bought this year. Rewind and fast forward takes for ever depending on the app which I stream from. I use my Phillips remote from my old old tv which actually has a fast forward and rewind button. I really like the tv but the remote is a big thumbs down for me

Well for the price it's great, my issue is when you turn on or off it hesitates and when turning off it's not a complete turn off it makes a disconnection sound about 30 minutes later. I have gotten up out of my bed to see if someone had entered my place. Makes me leary like a smart device monitoring actions and voice. It's me you all!!!!

The remote to the tv is awful, I think it's Bluetooth but it's the only bad thing about this tv. I have to click the on button twenty times because it's so laggy that by the time it starts I've pressed it to many times and it's turning off. Very frustrating

The arrived damaged, I am still waiting on a replacement that will not arrive until damaged item is picked up and they won’t until 11/13. It took 3 agents to get the help I needed. 2 of which where on the chat and left me on read. The rep did not allow me to jst go to the store and pick up the replacement they want to ship another one and I am concerned it may arrive damaged as well since Walmart uses a third party vendor to deliver and the driver came in a small vehicle that’s probably how it got damaged by forcing the TV in their car.

I couldn't even watch the TV at home because it arrived broken. After being refused by Walmart store to ship it to my house I went on Walmart. com to purchase it on line and surprisingly learned that it was not sent on a shipment truck from a warehouse but in a small food delivery car from the same Hollywood FL store where I intended to purchase. Obviously it came damaged because there was not enough space to place it in the back of the car and because the short delivery lady was unable to take it out by herself. After my call to complain Walmart send a professional shipment truck to pick it up and took it to a facility in Ohio. After more than a week I didn't had received my refund. Disastrous experience!

I recently purchased a 70-inch television and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The TV was delivered on time and the size is impressive, but as soon as I turned it on, I noticed the text on the screen was distorted and blurry. Menu text, streaming app titles, and even closed captions appear warped and difficult to read. For a television this size and price point, I expected crisp, clear resolution—especially when it comes to on-screen text. I double-checked all the settings, cables, and input sources to make sure it wasn’t a setup issue, but the distortion remained. It’s frustrating to receive a brand-new product that doesn’t perform as it should right out of the box. I’m now having to go through the return or exchange process, which is inconvenient. I’m hoping this is just a defective unit, but based on my experience so far, I can’t recommend this TV.

Terrible ! !!!! They sent my tv broken %26| I live in the Bronx they said they was going to send FedEx to do a return pick up they never came so they sent me an other return label to pick up %26| fedex finally came %26 the return center been got the tv back %26 im still yet able to get my money back terrible

Didnt get too enjoy it as,soon as,we unboxed and plugged it up 5 black line going down the screen first i thought black lines in plastic until we pull part of it back..tv delivered4pm by 530 i was calling walmart to return..so we,are returning it ..my ocd husband tore the box in 6 pieces cause trash pick up next day so its been horrible trying to return without box the representative was perfect probably best highlight of my experience..the freight to pick tv back up questionable u can only chat with the online no one answers hopefully the pick up tomorrow goes smoothly and i get my money credited...My nephew said Aunty u might want to cancel that phillips tv from experience he had in the past but i didnt listen in my 60 years of buying tvs never had 1 broke right out of box

No, I got my TV because I bought it online. I got dropped off from UPS. I waited a little bit before I could put it up while I was finishing my living room room. You know reconstructing it and stuff. We finally got it up today and it's a black screen with a bunch of crap up on top where you can tell that's where they dropped the TV that's all I get is. Looks like heart rate monitor all across the top so I'm not very happy at all.

the TV was broken when I received it so I didn't even get to enjoy it I had to take it back and get a different TV cuz they didn't even have that TV in the store
