PHILIPS B5306 Sound Bar for TV,Surround Sound System with 2.1 Channel,Clear Sound with Subwoofer,Easy Setup with Roku TV Ready™,Preset Audio Mode,Remote Control,Multiple Connection,Slim Design,Black

Many say the sound is underwhelming, I agreed at first.. then realized my TV was set to auto select speakers instead of ear always. WOW, what amazing sound and massive difference. Your tv may recognize the sound bar, but ensure your audio settings are set up to only use the bar. Or else it defaults to the tvs speakers.

Bought it for the shop and I have to say it's very irritating cause I have to tell him to turn it down!!!! Great sound! However it did NOT come with the required HDMI ARC wire!!!!

Nice small subwoofer fit into our tv stand perfect, and the bar fit right behind the tv. The light on the bar can be a bit distracting, but since we put it behind our tv we don't see it. Cheaper than amazon or anywhere else. Really happy with it, it provides good base sound and sound amperage without getting "tinny" or overpowering.

The Philips sounds bar woks great and sounds amazing. We hooking this up in our man cave and my husband could not be happier. He said is was rarely easy to hook up and use. This does. Come with the subwoofer and the sound bar. The philips sound bar is a 2.1 Chanel and has a wireless subwoofer. The actual subwoofer is pointing towards the floor. My husband said he was happy with that, so that has to be a good thing. The subwoofer comes with a built in equalizer and pairing the sound bar was actually pretty simple. When we hooked both of them up, the sound bar seemed really nice and clear. The only thing I would say could be a little better would be the distance I could walk away. We paired to my cell phone through Bluetooth and I couldn’t walk to far away. That said the subwoofer does sound really great also. If you end up putting this with a tv it is going to sound amazing. It states that it can be put in stadium mode. That would be so great once football season rolls around. I received this Philips sound bar and subwoofer in exchange for my honest review and I’m super happy that I did, because we love having a good sound bar and subwoofer in our man cave.

It is ggod for what it does, but iff you want perifferal speakers you cannot attach any, this is the only hting i dislike about this produce. It works well ( except as stated) sounds excellent, the bass is very good

If you live in a space less than 1500 sq feet , this is for you It looks very beautiful to look at , and also comes with Philips batteries for the remote, which I personally think is cute If you want me to be honest , I would rate it's sound 4 out of 5 , and 4.5/5 for the value for money it provides compared to other brands like sony Cons : not much I can think of. Will update thos review if I find any

A little trouble connecting subwoofer at 1st , once it connected it was amazing. Love it , great buy i highly recommended it

there is little sound coming from the sub woofer you have to keep pressing buttons on remote to help change sound and it does nothing I called customer service many times and all i get is someone who knows nothing about the product kids screaming in the back ground and a very loud tv i called back 5 times and got no help at all why do you hire these people

this are great at first but ive had it for less than a year and it glitches, has poorer sound quility, etc. definitely wish i got something else for this price.

It worked well, then the subwoofer lost power. I was not able to power it back up. I returned it, and probably will have to spend more money to get a reliable sound system.
