[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first electric toothbrush I have ever had. I was amazed after the first time I used it! My teeth felt like I had just had my teeth cleaned at the dentist's office! After using it regularly I have noticed my teeth are much whiter than they were before. It took me a little while to get used to it, but now I am hooked! I absolutely love it!
i was hesitant to purchase another electric toothbrush. the first was great but over time seemed to become hurtful like the bristles going into my gums. i asked numerous questions about this one. are the bristles soft? yes. are they gentle on gums ( even with having gum disease)? yes. many other questions and all were painted in positive light. after receiving of course fully charged it. the very first time I used it i was extremely impressed. it is soft on my gums. very rarely does it pick my gums ( wrong angle) it cleans my teeth to where they are smooth, nothing left behind. it wasn't even all that expensive compared to others out there. of course it doesn't come with a charger just the cable and only 1 brush head but i am very happy with my purchase.
I got it for issues with gum disease. It beeps after completing each area of teeth. I can't believe how long you should brush each area. My gums were a little soar at first but not any longer. I can't wait until my next dental cleaning so I can determine how well it's working.

THE CHARGER and THE BASE DEFINITELY FILL and HOLD THE CHARGE FOR A LONG TIME. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A LONGER BRUSH THAT FITS ACROSS THE TEETH LIKE THE OLDER ELITE MODEL FIT. I'M GLAD I PURCHASED THE ITEM.
I think it should have came with at least one more brush head for the price. Charging seems to take a little bit longer than informed but it holds charge decently. I wasnt able to tell woth the sensor as far as it suggests. The bristles seem to also come apart rather easily
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned one 14 years ago; battery died, literally disintegrated less than 2 years after purchase. Decided to try again and loving it as much as my first; just hope it lasts longer. Also, it's a bit noisier than I remember.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd sonicare toothbrush. They all do a good job of brushing. There are 2 reasons I took away a star from this one. 1- it's narrower making it more difficult to stand on the counter. 2- the 30 second signals during brushing do not seem as strong in intensity nor volume as in past models.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is not even close to my Sonicare Series 5 toothbrush I had for years. It still worked, but I couldn't find the replacement heads anymore; thus, I had to purchase a new toothbrush. Very disappointed.
I bought this to replace my last sonicare bought from Costco close to 10 years ago. This toothbrush was insanely underpowered compared to that one.. this one barely vibrated at all. I think the battery powered toothbrushes that you can buy at the dollar tree have more sonic vibration than this exact model of sonicare.. honestly I don’t know how they are selling this. It doesn’t seem to work at all. I didn’t know that all sonicares weren’t created equally, and now I can tell that the price point must make a major difference in the power. I returned this one and I would tell you it’s not worth buying.
This was purchased to replace an older Sonic. The newer type lightweight charging base is so light and flimsy, there's no way to use it without it flopping over all the time unless you stick it to the counter. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Returned it for a refund as soon as I unboxed it. Gimme a break! Designers should be put out to pasture or otherwise disposed of. I will never buy a unit with this charger no matter how many companies opt to use that type charger. Who wants a wireless charger that causes the unit to be fall-over prone??? ^%23@%26%$%$%23 PLEASE!!!
