[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with my sonic electric toothbrush. It does a great job of cleaning my teeth. I really like the way it lets me know that I need to move from one quadrant of my mouth to another every 30 seconds as well as how it shuts itself off after two minutes. It has two levels of intensity, but I find that the lower level works just fine and isn't as loud. I also love the pink color. So happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this sonic electric toothbrush. It took a bit for me to get used to the intensity as it increases automatically. The handle is comfortable. I like the size and shape of the brush head. I like the sleek look of the toothbrush. It looks nice on my sink's countertop. The only thing I don't like is when I unknowingly touch the toothbrush with my upper/lower teeth as I'm brushing the opposite side. It's rather jarring. I do like the change in rhythm to notify me to move to another section of my teeth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I travel. And one charge lasts about 2 weeks. The shape is comfortable in my hand and the control button is easy to use. I like the brushing timer and that I can choose to use it or cancel it. And the unit, as a whole, does a great and comfortable job of cleaning my teeth. This is reflected when my hygienist doesn't need much time to do my semi-annual cleaning.

I think it should have came with at least one more brush head for the price. Charging seems to take a little bit longer than informed but it holds charge decently. I wasnt able to tell woth the sensor as far as it suggests. The bristles seem to also come apart rather easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd sonicare toothbrush. They all do a good job of brushing. There are 2 reasons I took away a star from this one. 1- it's narrower making it more difficult to stand on the counter. 2- the 30 second signals during brushing do not seem as strong in intensity nor volume as in past models.

I ordered this by accident. I thought I was ordering a water flosser – and it turned out to be a toothbrush. I decided to try it out anyway. It does work. It does get my teeth cleaner than the manual toothbrush. I don’t like the sound it makes. I feel that must be part of the function, given that it’s called “sonic care”. I find this sound very irritating. It tickles my mouth. It makes my salivary glands go into overdrive. I definitely have to be over the sink when using it because so much saliva comes out of my mouth. I ended up with toothpaste all over my nightgown. It has some kind of a timer to tell you how long to brush each part of your mouth. I haven’t figured that part out yet. I’m not sure I always hear the timer. I’m continuing to use it because I think it’s good for me. However, I’m not having fun with it. I find it really annoying. I haven’t really figured out the charging business. Its charger is also its stand. It says it has a two week battery life, but I am not sure how you would do that, given that I don’t see where else to put it other on than on top of its stand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is not even close to my Sonicare Series 5 toothbrush I had for years. It still worked, but I couldn't find the replacement heads anymore; thus, I had to purchase a new toothbrush. Very disappointed.

I bought this to replace my last sonicare bought from Costco close to 10 years ago. This toothbrush was insanely underpowered compared to that one.. this one barely vibrated at all. I think the battery powered toothbrushes that you can buy at the dollar tree have more sonic vibration than this exact model of sonicare.. honestly I don’t know how they are selling this. It doesn’t seem to work at all. I didn’t know that all sonicares weren’t created equally, and now I can tell that the price point must make a major difference in the power. I returned this one and I would tell you it’s not worth buying.

This was purchased to replace an older Sonic. The newer type lightweight charging base is so light and flimsy, there's no way to use it without it flopping over all the time unless you stick it to the counter. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Returned it for a refund as soon as I unboxed it. Gimme a break! Designers should be put out to pasture or otherwise disposed of. I will never buy a unit with this charger no matter how many companies opt to use that type charger. Who wants a wireless charger that causes the unit to be fall-over prone??? ^%23@%26%$%$%23 PLEASE!!!
