Better oral health

Ace68 April 27, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teeth are a lot cleaner and my gums are healthier. My dentist can see significant improvements in my oral health since switching to Sonic toothbrush. It is the best electric brush I have ever had. I know I am brushing the right amount of time because of the two minute timer. It vibrates when I apply too much pressure when brushing and lets me know when it is time to change brush heads.

terrific toothbrush

theresa78 May 26, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my old Oral B electric toothbrush. This one is quiet, easy to use and does a better job removing stains. I also appreciate the sleek profile and small recharge base. Easy to keep clean. Love it!

Cleaner Teeth 314 April 12, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Quip toothbrush before this one. I thought it was good, but I kept having various service issues like batteries stuck, metallic paint peeling off in the holder. I had enough, and was looking for a replacement when I found this Sonic. After my first use, I realized how much cleaner my teeth felt. What an improvement!

The verdict is still out on my new toothbrush…

Anonymous April 28, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still debating how much I like this new toothbrush. It's thinner to hold than my previous Phillips. The actual brush is smaller, but that might be because I am used to the plaque – fighting brush which I believe is a bit bigger. However, there is no doubt in my mind that this new toothbrush is not as powerful as my previous Phillips.

Good brush, misleading expired promo

The Phantom Freebie February 28, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Sonic electric toothbrush, and overall, it's a decent electric toothbrush. It feels well made, has good cleaning power, quiet, and leaves my teeth feeling noticeably cleaner compared to a manual brush. However, I was disappointed with the promotional offer included inside the packaging. There was a leaflet advertising a free replacement brush head if you register the product. That sounded like a nice added bonus and definitely influenced my impression of the purchase. Unfortunately, when I went online to register, I was told that the offer was no longer available. It's frustrating to see promotional material inside a brand-new product box, only to find out the offer has already expired. If the promotion has ended, the packaging should be updated accordingly. It feels misleading and left a sour note on what would otherwise have been a straightforward purchase. In summary, the toothbrush itself performs well and does what it's supposed to do, but the outdated promotional offer was disappointing. Because of that experience, I'm giving it 3 out of 5 stars.

Longevity is not the best

King Philip April 19, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to buy a new one because the old one crapped out due to a common issue of the power switch failing after it wets and dries frequently (many other reviews indicating the same). New purchase doesn't even come with a charger anymore, you have to request it separately. Planned obsolescence and Philips knows most purchases are replacements?

Not good vibration

DDJ52 November 25, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a RDH and have always recommended the Sonicare but this model falls short! It does not have the power of the previous models.

Not crazy about this one.

Tm1785 November 21, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 5th Philips toothbrush and i'm not happy with it. It seems weaker than my previous one and sometimes it vibrates too much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sensation of the vibration was uncomfortable. I thought that over a long period of time it might damage my teeth. I decided to keep it and use it occasionally for "deep" cleaning. However, after a couple of weeks the toothbrush wouldn't hold a charge so I sent it back. Did not replace it.

Strength of the vibrations deplete — it's a manual

Kay227 August 1, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm actually really sad to write this, but I haven't even had the toothbrush for 6 months and the vibration setting is not as high as when i first purchased it. I feel like it barely cleans. My parents had the early version of this toothbrush for over 20 years before they had to buy a new one. i don't know what happened but very disappointed.
