[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use, cleans well, charges quickly & was not expensive.
It's very easy to use. Only a couple different speeds, which is more than I use. It has a gentle alert when I apply too much pressure. I can charge it and keep it in my drawer. I haven't had it long enough to see how long a charge lasts, but I spend 6 minutes brushing my teeth and I've used it for a week and it's still going fine. Very happy with it.
This is my 2nd electric toothbrush from Philips sonicare. My first one lasted me 10 years, it was still working when I purchased this one but I gave it up because it started to shut off on its own every once in a while. I love this one, it is much slimmer %26 lighter than my 1st one. It has 2 settings as my 1st one didn't. Purchased this for half off which made this even more worth it.
outstanding delivery time, this is 4th sonicare tooth brush in last 20 yrs , 1st was best lasting 12yrs, next 2 had battery issues as reason for buying this one, came w/usb charge(minus star} but old plugin charger from previous works for charging, thin and slippy in hand, reserve a star for durabilty
If I would have known it was going to come with an ASB cord and no plug, I would not have purchased it. Why does everything have to have an ASB cord? They have an insert that tells you if you want to have an adapter to contact them. I spent twenty minutes scouring the website to find a way to contact them. There was no way to request it without having to look at the tiny tiny as print. I will never buy another product from this company because of this ridiculous policy.
I bought it because it was so inexpensive. I thought I would prefer the oval shaped head, but I'm just not pleased with it as I was the round head. The power and speed is just not there It reminds me of a battery operated toothbrush. I think I'll spend a few more bucks and get more power.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the sixth or seventh Sonicare ElectricToothbrush that we've owned. They clean beautifully, but their biggest problem is disposability, There is no good reason that the batteries can't easily be changed. I would guess that hundreds of thousands have ended up in landfills. The same for Norelco electric razors. They work very well but are an environmental disaster. They both should be designed to easily receive new rechargeable batteries. Shame, shame on Phillips
It does not come with the charger, the bristles are hard and pointed and doesn't seem to vibrate correctly. It does not clean your teeth around the gum line. It has a compact head for children. I have owned sonic care for decades, mine is now discontinued. This replacement is not up to the job of cleaning teeth. Maybe with a standard head and softer bristles it might work better? Better heads are over $30. more and might or might not work. That's an expensive gamble. Maybe you should provide and assortment of head to try?
I would personally buy one of the cheap battery operated tooth brushes before I bought this, I have had battery operated tooth brushes that worked better. I only used this one twice and I dislike it so much that I am not going to use it. If your looking for a better one I have bought the nore expensive version of this toothbrush the one that is almost 80$ it is way better and i have already put in my order for a new one because of how unhappy I am with this version of the toothbrush.
I hate this so much. I had two Sonicare and my husband knocked one off and broke it, and darned if I didn't drop the other one just a week later. I had had both for ten years! So I bought this one and people .... spend more. You get what you pay for. Well, not really, because FIFTY DOLLARS should be worth more than this garbage. I hate it. I even hate the handle which is really smooth and hard to hold, if I use any pressure at all, just the tiniest bit, the machine grinds and slows down, it is just total GARBAGE and I'm a senior on limited funds. Total ripoff and now I'm stuck with this for a long, long time until I can afford a more expensive one. Horrible waste of money. Oh, and the charger???? It doesn't even have a real plug. They expect you to take it out and plug it in the car or plug it into your computer! What's with that????? Horrible, Horrible, TOTAL RIPOFF, Horrible, Piece Of Garbage. I've been loyal to Sonicare since the 1990s and they have robbed me and stabbed me in the back with this.
