Philips Sonicare HX6423/34 ProtectiveClean 5300 Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush, Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a " basic" sonicare toothbrush for a long time. I needed a new one so I saw the ProtectiveClean model that looked interesting and had adjustable pressure and was reasonably priced. I am glad I got it.I use it morning and night and am very happy with it. Glad to have 'upgraded' as my dentist regularly tells me how good I seem to be brushing and flossing after starting using the electric toothbrush.

My old one finally stopped working and I got the one wth the gum mode and I love it, I just wish I could have gum mode for my entire brushing and not after the first 2 minutes. My teeth feels way cleaner than with my old one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Sonic Electric Toothbrush I have purchased & I'm very pleased with the ease of use, overall quality & performance.

Works great. love how it makes my teeth feel clean which is the main reason you buy it. I had an older model that fell down, and my wife stepped on it and broke it. As soon as there was one on sale, I ordered one. There are lots of bells and whistles that I don't see myself ever using and would rather not have if it would have saved money. But overall, I would buy it again it's a great way to save your teeth in the long run.

Liked that this Sonicare model 5300 had 3 options: Clean, White, and Gum. Appreciated it came with 2 clean brush heads plus 1 brush head for gums. Came with a corded plug in outlet charger (which we preferred) and a travel case. Built in timer helpful. Black, sleek design. Walmart offered a good price on this item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the toothbrush very much. However it included 3 brush heads, 1 of which was defective and won’t click onto the tooth brush. We need 3 brush heads so we had to order more brush heads. We would be happy to return the defective brush head to get a replacement one. Please let us know if that is possible. Thanks

The rating is for the product durability. I have only used the brush for approximately 6 months and the metal stem that holds the brush became loose and can not be used safely. It wobbles around in the mouth and could damage teeth. I have had OralB units that lasted years. I tried this product to see if it cleaned teeth better and it is a shame I won't be buying the product again since it did seem to clean better but the manufacturing durability quality is lacking.
