It told me the product was available and I could have it by 1:00 PM than emailed me it was not available. I saw other items of less value on your website but where not available in my store

They sent me a substitute I did NOT want. I think before they substitute something more expensive they should let you know in case you don't want it and can cancel the order

Do NOT purchase this toothbrush. The resevoir doesn't hold an adequate amount of water. You must repeatedly stop and refill with water before cleaning your teeth. The battery quickly ran down. This toothbrush is not good for traveling. I purchased an Equate plug in version and I'm very happy with it. It is comparable to the Water Pik brand.

This is so helpful on my busy weeks and all the delivery drivers are timely and friendly.

I bought one of these waterpiks. It worked well and definitely improved my dental health. The plastic reservoir cracked over time (6 months) and I could not find a replacement. I wanted a new one and bought the same one. It worked well, fit in my cabinet and the price was right.

This can keep you from needing painful dental or periodontal surgery at a reasonable price, so it's worthwhile. But if, like me, you have really sensitive teeth and gums, be prepared to feel like even the lower setting of the two is an attack on your very existence via your mouth. It's like very targeted waterboarding, or a miniature version of catching a firehose, but only to the gums.

I have an Old corded waterpolo which after 8 or 10 years of nightly use has begun to leak. I was excited about the cordless version and bought 2- one for each bathroom. After much difficulty unlocking the lid, yes, instructions were followed but it was tough to open, inserting batteries and turning on to make sure it worked, (initially it did) the on switch simply locked in the off position and we couldn't turn it on again. All in all very laborious and zero rewards. It's going back tomorrow.

I purchased this 10 months ago but only started using it last August. It took a while to get the hang of it but all was fine. I changed the batteries that had been included with the Waterpik after about a month. But now -- it is extremely difficult to secure the water reservoir to the body. It seems that the rubber O-ring at the top is impeding a tight fit. Even when I do manage with a lot of wriggling of the parts to put them (seemingly) securely together, there's a puddle on the counter after I carefully fill the tank halfway with water. (I remove the water reservoir after each use so that it can dry out.) I will keep struggling with this Waterpik for now but with the above problem it's becoming too time-consuming to use.

The waterpik worked really well for about 2 weeks. However, afterwords the pressure decreased which I've attributed to the battery. So, for that reason I wouldn't recommend it to others because if you don't have batteries on hand the results aren't good to yield the same as it did in the beginning.

I like it just be careful of the pressure when the water comes out. I find it easier to not fill it all up with water. I do a little at a time to reduce pressure.
