Dentist was Impressed

E May 17, 2026

Works great. I used it for ~2 weeks before going to the dentist for a cleaning and they were impressed. Might not be entirely as effective as traditional floss but the Waterpik is much faster, easier, and less painful. This cordless version is also easy to travel with. However, it does loose pressure as the batteries quickly die so I recommend also getting rechargeable batteries.

Powerful and useful.

I cannot believe it the amount of little particles this small device can clean. I thought I was doing a good brushing of my teeth, but this device take off all the residue of my mouth .At the beginning is a little hard and painful but with time you get used to it.

I would recommend this item for travel. However, the reservoir is small so it needs to be refilled at least once during each use. The batteries also need to be replaced more often than I expected.

This can keep you from needing painful dental or periodontal surgery at a reasonable price, so it's worthwhile. But if, like me, you have really sensitive teeth and gums, be prepared to feel like even the lower setting of the two is an attack on your very existence via your mouth. It's like very targeted waterboarding, or a miniature version of catching a firehose, but only to the gums.

It's affordable

Dean May 20, 2026

My dentist has encouraged me to buy a water flosser ... I'm a rare standard flosser. This machine does not cost a great deal. It works, its simple. One important drawback is that the water tank reservoir seems to run out of water before I feel I'm finished. The other thing you're going to have to get used to is the 'mess' ... you're really going to have to use it in the shower.

This item is a little awkward when holding.. I found the water tank too small, it runs out of water quickly. The pressure is good but for me it was not a good fit.

Good water pic

AS49329 June 9, 2026

The base is bulky and hard to use one handed. The switch instead of a trigger is kind of a pain. The water reservoir does not hold enough water. It works, but it takes some practice to get it down.

Waterpik flosser

Blondy May 22, 2026

I find that i have to fill it too often and in my opinion for the amount paid its truly not worth it doesn't really help my teeth with stuck food and honestly I dont like it waste of money wish I could return it

No way this can be good for your gums. It's like a mini jackhammer inside your mouth. I would not recommend this at all. Nothing like a regular floss.

messy and poor design

elaine February 13, 2026

The tank empties too fast and the pressure I switch is the same as the on and off switch. So when you turn it on, it's hard to hold it correctly in your mouth and adjust the pressure, and the tank empties very quickly. So if you like spraying water all over your bathroom, this is fine. You have to hold it upright or else it will not work.
