I received a used item. The package does not have a brush head and the brush heads no handle has yellow marks and it’s dirty…. It’s disgusting that a used item, specially a tooth brush, is packaged as new.
I received my toothbrush and I love it. It did not have the replacement heads with it. I left on vacation7-23 . I received a noticed the heads had been delivered. I had someone come to pick up the package. They said it wasn’t here. I got home 7-31. I don’t have the replacements heads. I don’t know how to resolve this. Please advice.
I've been using an electric toothbrush for over a decade but this model for only the last couple of years. My dental hygienist says my teeth and gums are looking cleaner and healthier than ever. It works so well that I bought this one for my son.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It already stopped working it stops, vibrating as soon as you put any pressure on the teeth that read the whole manual and tried troubleshooting, but nothing helps. I tried to exchange, but was not able since it's not No longer exist. I've only had it for a year

My old one finally stopped working and I got the one wth the gum mode and I love it, I just wish I could have gum mode for my entire brushing and not after the first 2 minutes. My teeth feels way cleaner than with my old one!

Great massaging my gums and cleaning and whitening my alot better than my entry level brush. The brush has alot of great features that will help improve your dental care. I use mine with the sonicare flosser.

Again the toothbrush makes an odd buzzing sound that its predecessors did not, and the slightest pressure on the head stops the vibrations. Guess it's time to switch to Oral B.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like a lot of things about this toothbrush, the way it feels in my hand, the length of each charge, how my mouth feels after brushing, but i really don't like how loud it is. I keep on checking for a button to lower the sound, always forgetting that there isn't one. I find that aspect really annoying.
