Beach60 November 7, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sonicare 5100 electric toothbrush. Very happy with this brush....been expressing my dental visits with how clean my teeth are. Great massaging my gums and cleaning and whitening my alot better than my entry level brush. The brush has alot of great features that will help improve your dental care. I use mine with the sonicare flosser.

Loving our new & improved Sonic ElectricToothbrush

Brusher1of2 August 31, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with our new Sonic ProtectiveClean 5100 electric toothbrush. We floss and then brush, and our teeth feel so clean and smooth and sparkly. Our prior SonicCare was on its last leg, and so it is a relief that we are back on track with our brushing. Thank you!

Like the toothbrush

NJ Soni April 26, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the toothbrush very much. However it included 3 brush heads, 1 of which was defective and won’t click onto the tooth brush. We need 3 brush heads so we had to order more brush heads. We would be happy to return the defective brush head to get a replacement one. Please let us know if that is possible. Thanks

The product works well, . . . but

Gutlin February 28, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Philips Sonicare toothbrushes for years. So much so, that I cannot see myself EVER going back to a regular toothbrush. I have always purchased a white base toothbrush. This time, however, I purchased a black one. Unfortunately, after less than a month of use, there is some white showing around the controls. It is a tad annoying. Also, I dropped the black case once and the plastic in the case broke. It has never happened with the white case I have. Hence, the Good rating and not excellent.

I really like the toothbrush & the settings but

Chaseisonthecase September 4, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the first couple times I brush my teeth with these toothbrush heads, it was fine and then all of a sudden, I got like a mouthful of bristles from me.One of the toothbrush heads. And then it kept helping after that, so I don't know if I got a faulty brush head, or what I've never in my life had this happen before.

Too small and slippery

Eric November 27, 2025

I bought the HX684A model of Sonicare toothbrush to replace an old HX6730 that no longer worked (after 9 yrs). This new one is slightly smaller in width and smooth all around. The size and smoothness make it a bit awkward to hold onto while brushing. My old one had a backside that was rubber and had ridges. Those features made it so it didn't slide around in my hand while using it. I wouldn't recommend buying this model at all. Look for something easier to hold (more girth and some rubber so it's not slick when using it).

Product died after 2 months of use

asgasg December 3, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product died a few months after purchase. It makes a loud whirring sound and no troubleshooting efforts have fixed it.

Received a used toothbrush

Piro September 8, 2024

I received a used item. The package does not have a brush head and the brush heads no handle has yellow marks and it’s dirty…. It’s disgusting that a used item, specially a tooth brush, is packaged as new.

Product got weak after 5 weeks

Joe shmoe August 25, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great for 5 weeks then it got loud and doesn’t get the power that it had originally. Seems like it became loose and I am rather dissatisfied and disappointed. I am hoping the extended warranty will allow me to get a replacement asap!
