[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with this toothbrush, it does the job, I like the 15 seconds timer for different quadrants of the mouth the style and the colour.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous Philips toothbrush broke. I was worried about how long will the warranty process take. I was extremely impress. It took less than 1 week from the moment I submitted my request for the warranty and proof of purchase, to the moment my new replacement arrived at my door step. I am very happy with this model. Every time I use it, I feel my teeth as clean as if I went to the dentist. It's impressive. I will certainly won't be going back to traditional toothbrush. Highly recommend it.
Excellent toothbrush for my needs..just the right amount of useful features. Price was competitive. I tried Amazon first, as usual, but they failed to deliver. Walmart was a welcome alternative. Next time I will try Walmart first.
My teeth feel extra clean like I just had them cleaned at the dentist! This is my second Sonicare toothbrush, the first one lasted about 15 years or so. This one has different features, and I can select the scrubbing pressure on it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally decided after all these years to get an electric toothbrush. I was hesitant after using "lesser" options. Quite frankly I was astonished after the very first use. Technology has come a long ways and I couldn't be more thrilled to have made the leap. I'm going to buy this for both my kids.
My teeth definitely feel cleaner
I like this model. It keeps my teeth clean and I feel it works really well. However, I bought the same model last year from a "competitor site". It lasted almost exactly one year before it just quit. Once I had this replacement from Walmart, I experimented with the original charger. This new toothbrush worked with the old charger just fine. Obviously, the lithium battery in the previous toothbrush had just died out, after only one year. So, all I can say in honesty is to be aware of the built-in lithium battery life. How can a customer know how long the item has been sitting, prior to purchase? How long will the built-in battery life last? If you research changing the battery, quite frankly, it is a complicated process and not worth the effort!
This is a replacement of the same item that died after 2 1/2 years of use. I purchased it especially because the charging dock plugs directly into the wall socket.
I paid more to get the gum message cycle, works great, will need to get either G2 or A3 head next. Waiting for next dental hygienist appt as Dentust recommended.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although this product is working fine, in exactly 2 years it will not work properly. I have purchased all models and it will not matter - they all stop functioning well after 2 years. So, why bother to spend more money on the expensive model?? Talk about planned obsolescence! Same on Phillips.
