This is a great toothbrush that is much quieter than I expected during use. It also has some great features that have helped me, and made my trips to the dentist a bit easier. I have a bad habit of pressing too hard when brushing, and this is toothbrush lets me know when I'm pressing too hard. It also helps me be thorough, by notifying me when to switch to different sections of me teeth.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally decided after all these years to get an electric toothbrush. I was hesitant after using "lesser" options. Quite frankly I was astonished after the very first use. Technology has come a long ways and I couldn't be more thrilled to have made the leap. I'm going to buy this for both my kids.
I absolutely love this Phillips Sonicare toothbrush! it comes with one brush head, a recharging base, and a travel case. I got the navy blue which I love. This toothbrush replaced an Oral-B I/O electric which seemed to work about half the time even though it had a full charge. The battery life was very short which didn't work for me when I travel. The reviews for the sonicare indicate that the battery lasts a long time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous Philips toothbrush broke. I was worried about how long will the warranty process take. I was extremely impress. It took less than 1 week from the moment I submitted my request for the warranty and proof of purchase, to the moment my new replacement arrived at my door step. I am very happy with this model. Every time I use it, I feel my teeth as clean as if I went to the dentist. It's impressive. I will certainly won't be going back to traditional toothbrush. Highly recommend it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with this toothbrush, it does the job, I like the 15 seconds timer for different quadrants of the mouth the style and the colour.
It works great I love that it has 2 different buttons for different cleaning purposes. I love the pink brush on my counter. It changes really quickly. Over all it's a great electric toothbrush and worth the money.
Love the toothbrush. Works really well. Like the pink color. Only complaint is the silver around the buttons is coming off after only a month of use.
I am very pleased with the cleaning and operation of the Sonicare Electric Toothbrushes. However, in the past three years I have gone through two Sonicare Electric Toothbrushes purchased through my dentist. The first one quit working in 18 months. The second one lasted about the same length of time before it quit after the warranty expired. The first Sonicare I bought lasted more than six years. I have five others in a drawer in my bathroom vanity that have lasted less than three years each all just after the warranty expired. IS THERE AN UNDERLYING ISSUE WITH THE QUALITY CONTROL OF THESE RECENT PRODUCTS?? The model Number of my current model is HB685T followed by 180626-3C which I suppose if the serial number. The model number/serial number on the other five are: HX751K/201112-2C HX685T/210104-1A HX751G/210603-2A HX684A/240329-1C HX642A/230105-4C I think at least one should be replaced (the most expensive model).
I bought this item brand new, but for some reason the toothbrush does not charge. Upon research, I found it came with the wrong charger base. How does this happen with a brand new item. Now I'm having trouble sending it back.
So disappointed in this toothbrush. It is so sensitive that it stops working as soon as it touches the teeth. Virtually useless as an electric toothbrush. There are times it stops vibrating even when its NOT in mouth. I have loved my last 3 soniccare toothbrushes- but this version is an utter failure.
