I use this in a cage pattern lamp shade so picking a lightbulb that was aesthetic was part of what I was looking for...this checks that box for sure! I love the accompanying smart light app, I can choose to use warm or white light and adjust brightness as desired. Undeniably more expensive than your standard bulk pack bulbs but I feel this has been well worth the money :) (Unable to comment on longevity as I've only had it for a couple weeks)

These bulbs are awesome and very easy to set up! I really like using my phone to control everything! Bright too!

These set up right away. Pleased about that. I can control my lights via phone now.

It is so hard to find wifi Edison bulbs for some reason so this is exactly what we were looking for. We hoped to integrate it with our Google assistant and were able to do so relatively easily, though it did require downloading a separate app. Our only issue is that it does seem to drop connectivity randomly and semi-frequently, which kind of defeats the wifi capabilities. Our old WiFi plug had similar problems but was a tad more consistent. If you have been searching for a bulb like this it's worth a shot for the price but I hope Philips continues to optimize this product.

Not a fan. The signing into a bulb app was more difficult than I wanted to change the bulb color and every time I switch the light on it changes color.
