Very easy to install. Quite heavy but it's amazing. Cooled our room INSTANTLY. I love all the things on the remote. It has an ECO button, cool, fan, low medium and high and sleep timer. It has auto so you can let it shut off according to temp. The highest setting as far as I can see is 80. We LOVE it and I highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing would buy 10 more if I had to. My living room is 13 x 20 and it cools it in minutes absolutely worth the money.
when we got it the box was damaged and so was the air conditioner but we couldn't do a return because we needed it and it works
Tested this item, it working so far perfectly. Not that hot yet so will be watching for any changes
It's a great window unit, especially for the low price. It's quiet, has many settings to choose from, and kept my home cool even in the hot months. I may buy another one for my living room.

it's a decent air conditioning a little bit loud but cools quite well.
I was happy item was delivered quickly, but when I took it out the box it was damaged. Had a crack on the corner.
We just put the air conditioner in tonight and it's damaged on the back. it's dented and the fins on the one side are smashed in.. it is not putting out cool air even on a low of 63. very unjappy with this experience purchase.
