So far so good my girls have not gotten sick in the past three weeks of using this. Love the ingredients in it and I love it. It also helps their gut because that's where the immune system is.

Our kiddo has had a hard time with getting sick a lot this winter/spring. We wanted something to help boost their immune system and help with getting over this recent sickness. We have found that in our experiences probiotics can help aide the gut and immune system. We are noticing a change in overall energy and decrease of complaints of feeling unwell. These also taste pretty good according to our kid, so that is a plus indeed.
This is a trusted brand and the ingredients are great, but both my kids gagged on these. I tried one myself and I have to say, the chewable is just too big. You end up with a giant mouthful of crumbly powder that's kind of hard to get down, even for me as an adult.
