Physicians Formula Organic Wear Tinted Lip Treatment, Love Bite

Bought 'Gingersnap' in-store without seeing this online. Some advice - Do NOT go by the lips picture in this listing. It's not as light nor has it an orange peach tone (as in the picture). In reality it's a nice medium ginger brown. Goes really nicely with my light olive complexion. The tube is screw-on and has some weight to it which I like. It has good moisture too. I like the Gingersnap color and will buy again in another color.

I just had to try this tinted lip treatment by PF. I like the natural ingredients and it's organic. It comes in a pretty tube with a screw on cap and looks high end. It feels great on my ultra sensitive lips and I love the natural satin look. After receiving my first one in the berry color, I went ahead and ordered the tickle pink one. Beautiful natural looking tints treatments that feel as good as they look. I love them!!

Goes on smoothly. Color is great.

It’s a good product. I’m a repeat buyer. But this one arrived unsealed, and the balm was smushed to one side of the tube.

Love the berry color so much that I bought this one too. The berry (don’t know the color name) is buildable and lovely. This color sits thick on the lips, separating and settling. Not flattering which is a shame because the color is lovely too and also has a pretty sheen. My friend has the ginger color and loves it.

I was not real pleased with this purchase. First of all, since this said it was a lip "treatment", I expected a very pale tinted, slightly glossy look. Instead this feels and looks like a light colored lipstick. And it is not a color that looks good on people, depending on the color of their teeth. I know this seems like a WEIRD thing to say, but I know many women get what I am saying. I happen to have dentures at my age and they are quite White but I can remember when I still had my natural teeth and I didn't look good in that "frosted light" lipstick. (Many women wore that in a pink in the 50s, 60s and 70s) It made my teeth look yellow. This may just do this on some women. Secondly! and most important!! When opening this, I kept feeling for an outer seal (didn't have my glasses on) and coundn't find one, so just assumed it didn't have one. However, when I put my glasses on later and looked closer, there actually WAS an outer paper seal that had been taken off, and not too carefully, because it looks like removing a sticker and you can't get it all. A bunch of residue is still there. I can say with pretty strong belief that this product is NOT new. I have had this issue before. Being only $6

The tube had been obviously open, unscrewed to the top. The top portion broken off. I call Physicians Formula company to see if it was usually sealed at the bottom, and they said no. My rating is not on the actual lip treatment but the packaging. Not a good idea to use it now.

It was ruined when I opened it. All of the lip balm was smeared inside the tube and a mess. I threw it out, a total waste of my money!
