Piccadilly Shadow Growth Journal for Ages 12+ with Flexi Card Cover

Excellent value! The Piccadilly Shadow journal is so well-designed! Everything from the paper thickness/quality, to the fonts and illustrations, but especially the detail and variety, has impressed me immensely. I've bought other journals at similar prices and they were so boring and superficial that I never wrote more than a page. Usually, they're just endless open-ended prompt questions that make me feel like I'm back in school, but this one is different! This isn't like those boring, cheaply designed journals made with Canva. This journal has everything, from research and quotes, to a variety of illustrations, with diverse layouts and exercises. There are a few writing prompts, but not as many as you usually see. They could change a few of the writing prompts to something more interesting, but for this price, I'm very happy.

I really enjoy engulfing myself in a good book every now and then. This journal/book though hits different. It a motivational book that makes you keep track of your daily habits and helps you look within to become a more positive and better person. It gives you daily positive quotes that make you think outside the box. It has boosted my confidence, changed my mindset into a more positive one has genuinely inspired me to just become a better person overall. Highly recommend.

At first glance I thought this was another empty journal with lines. To my surprise when I opened it there was questions and activities. I immediately grab it as I saw a reference to Carl Jung whose work I admire. Then I grabbed 10 of them to gift others. I've been intently working in it and it has been of great benefit. One of the friends I gave it to ordered it for a ayahuasca retreat for the participants and they greatly appreciated it. Definitely a hidden gem in Walmart. I would suggest they get more because I tried to order 5 more and was only sent one.

Beautiful journal. I like that it is interactive and teaches you about shadow work and Carl Jung. I have avoided journals in the past because they are usually blank books that I have to fill but this journal guides me through this journey and helps me understand my emotions, and the experiences that shaped me. I have no doubt that many who are interested in journaling will find it helpful and insightful.

I loved this. Its a journal but it gives you prompts and activities that help you do your shadow work. The activities in it really help get your brain thinking in depth about questions one might not ask them selves. You can work at your own pace and I love that.

Super great activity to do in the morning when you wake up or before you go to sleep. This journal helps me reflect on my life and why I am the way I am. The journal has so many pages to fill and many activities and prompts to complete. Cute cover and holds up well being carried in my bag every day.

I've seen this journal all over Instagram. I'm glad to try it out. It's good quality with a thick cover and thick pages. Pen doesn't bleed through, but markers will! I will say it has nice prompts and helps you look within yourself and your inner child. I think it's great for someone who's looking to work on their peace and reflection. More understanding of one's self. It also gives some explanations to terms used. Looks asethtically pleasing.

My experience with the Piccadilly Shadow Growth Journal has been very positive. It's ergonomic and comfortable to use, and the materials feel sturdy and of good quality. The size is ideal for carrying it in a backpack without it getting in the way. The initial setup is simple, and it doesn't make any annoying noises when you handle it. Overall, it's practical and performs its function well.

I can see how this book might be beneficial, unfortunately I don't have the time to go through this at the moment. The quality of the paper is brilliant and asks to be written on. The book is a decent weight and nicely bound. I received this self help book in exchange for my honest opinion.

I haven't had a journal in a long time and this was a perfect reminder why that probably isn't the most helpful decision. I don't know if it's me specifically but I found this to be extremely helpful with organization of my thoughts and just the fact that it got me writing was amazing . I loved the design of this which made it easier to get in the habit of using it regularly. I learned about myself a bit as well which was helpful.
