I like to draw and I'm a perfectionist. These pens are one of the only ones I have found that will write over white out, gel inks, paint pens, and glitter inks. I depend on these and their smoothness and ability to write over all kinds of different inks. And they are permanent ink as well. But white out is able to white it out without much effort still. I highly recommend these for people who draw or write in the office for a living, these don't smear and are permanent and versatile.
i journal a lot. and this is my preferred pen. they write smoothly, and i dont have to bear down hard. my husband got me hooked on these ink pens because he uses them at work. He gave them to me, originally, as a stocking stuffer they made a great gifts.
we or at a restaurant in St Augustine Florida, and this was the pin the waitress used. her name was Paige. it grew quite apparent that everyone was actually commenting on how well that pan wrote. so I said well let's just order some. so I ordered some and gave one to each member of our party once they arrived at my home. everyone's happy.
I buy these often for teachers, co-workers, therapists - ANYONE! I love the grip, the glide, and the continuous ink without interruption. You can usually snag them on sale as well! But be careful, some people won't return them to you because they are just that good!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As someone who loves to write but also deals with neuropathy in my fingers, finding the right pen isn't just a convenience, it's a necessity. After trying more pens than I care to admit, I've finally found "the one" in the Sharpie S-Gel Medium (0.7mm) Black Ink Gel Pens. Y'all, these pens write smoother than sweet tea sliding across a picnic table on a summer afternoon. The ink flows beautifully without skipping, dragging, or making me fight my way through a sentence. The grip feel is comfortable, the size fits my hand perfectly, and the cushioned design helps reduce the strain on my fingers during longer writing sessions…and that ink flow? Perfect! What I appreciate most is how effortlessly the pen glides across the page. Instead of focusing on discomfort, I can focus on what I'm writing. Whether I'm jotting down notes, working on projects, writing cards, or putting thoughts on paper, these pens make the experience enjoyable again. For anyone dealing with hand discomfort, neuropathy, or simply looking for a high-quality pen that writes like a dream, I highly recommend these. They have become my go-to pen, and I keep extras tucked away because around here, if someone borrows one, it may never find its way home. Excellent quality, price, comfortable design, and smooth writing from beginning to end. This Southern mama gives them five stars and a permanent spot in her pen collection.
My favorite pen that I grab for when writing list or cards. I like the ink flow also how fast ink dries with no smearing after finished. Pens grip nicely in hand make them a great choice.
I bought a package for myself and I loved them so I had a pack sent to my best friend so she has no choice but to write me an actual letter. Great product,
Sharpie doesn't have the number one marker for no reason, this pen is very cool as a sharpie. And when you buy this pen, please keep in mind there's a little wax tip that needs to be removed that keeps the ink from drying out
I was in a panic when the felt tip Sharpies vanished from the shelves. My notebook looked like a crime scene without those bold, unapologetic strokes. Enter the gel pens, the new kids on the block, promising a smooth glide and a sleek black ink that pretends to be as fearless as the originals. I gave them a try, and after a week of scribbling grocery lists, doodling marginalia, and signing a few questionable contracts, I can report that they are a decent stand-in. First impression: the barrel feels like a well-trained dolphin - sleek, light, and eager to please. The medium point (0.7mm) is not quite the laser-sharp precision of a felt tip, but it's close enough to keep my handwriting from looking like a toddler's finger painting. The gel ink glides across paper with the grace of a figure skater on fresh ice, leaving a solid black line that doesn't feather out like a watercolor spill. It's not as bold as the old Sharpies, but it does the job without sounding like a whisper. Ease of use is where these pens really shine. No more fiddling with caps that stick or worrying about the ink drying out mid-sentence. The click mechanism is satisfying, the ink flows consistently, and I haven't had a single blotch that would embarrass a politician. For someone who once lived for the aggressive bite of a felt tip, this gel feels like a polite but efficient coworker - it doesn't shout, it just gets the work done. In short, if you're mourning the loss of the classic felt tip Sharpies, these gel pens are the consolation prize that actually works. They may lack the same level of precision or the boldness that made the originals iconic, but they glide, they write, and they won't leave you stranded when you need to make a quick note.
I thought that this would be a smooth writing pen, but it was skipping a lot. maybe because they are new and has to he used more. We will see. I do like the feel of this pen in my hands, the rubber grip is nice.
