Bought for the wife, for her plantar fasciitis. she needed something to help spread her toes out. The toe spreader is soft, and enjoyable. She's able to wear it at night, to give her more time wearing it , and to help her foot get better. Inwould suggest toe socks uf wearing over night, so it doesn't run a sore spot on the toe.

I like these as I already use a Big toe Seperators as much as possible, so i got these to avoid crowding of other toes. This is a bit more painful than the single toe so take it slow. They will start to hurt quiker than i thought so use them when not using the singles!

this is amazing it's really bringing a flexibility in my toes i haven't had in years. it works for former quads as i myself was and to actually normalize walking again it just makes things so much easier to deal with.

soft and odorless product thats stretchy and will take some getting used to preferably in wide toetip shoe recommended but instantly positive noticable difference when on and walking in home. will try outdoor and see if same effect. Wish i known about these years ago but better late than never to try noninvasive measures first. Wish product came with care instructions so - 1 star.

they felt more like rubber bands from on tie to the next. causes my toes to hurt worse than before wearing them. not firm enough to straighten or separate the toes
