I ordered red, believing the picture reflected the true color. Unfortunately, it doesn't. what was delivered is actually maroon or brick red. Otherwise, it's great.

This is NOT the color advertised. Very sad. It appears red/rust and it WINE colored. Beware if you are trying to color coordinate. I would have sent it back but a package this size is a hassle. It is very low to the ground as well. Not great for taller people.

I strongly recommend against purchasing any Pirecart Outdoor swings advertised on the Walmart website. I purchased and assembled my swing in early September 2025, only to discover a defect in the locking mechanism that raised immediate safety concerns. I contacted Pirecart promptly and was told that the issue had been forwarded to their Technical team. As mid-October approached with no resolution, I followed up. Their reply the next day failed to address the problem, and once again I was told the matter was being referred to their Technical team. It is now mid-November, and I have yet to receive a meaningful response or solution. Based on this experience, I find Pirecart's customer service evasive and unaccountable. In my opinion, this is not a company that stands behind its products or values its customers. BUYER BEWARE.

You sent me something used. Or bought and sent back. Frame is all scratched up. Assembly screws were already open. I bought and paid for a new item. Not what I got. Frame came out of box with scratches on it

The swing that I bought for my mom for mother's day, came in early which I did like. What I did not like is that the swing came in with deep scratches and dents all over the pieces. We did not move the package enough for those to be brought on by us. We are completely dissatisfied with the quality of this product considering we spent over $250 for it.

AVOID!!! The swing company has a history of sending missing parts. This is my second experience with Walmart and this third party seller. I'm missing half of the parts to assemble the swing. When reached out to Walmart they said it's a third party seller product and I will physically have to go and return the item. Thete is no way I can fit this huge long box in my car. I'm stuck will this swing, will make a trip to Home Depot to see if I can find the (unique)miss parts. AVOID BUYING IT AT WALMART.
