Great flavor!
I used these pellets in my AMAZE-N Smoker tube to cold smoke several Boston Butt roasts and was well pleased. I had no problem lighting the pellets, unlike some brands I have tired in the past. After the pellets burn out, I finish the cooking in the oven. I found these pellets imparted a good taste to the pork roasts and would recommend them. I have since tried these pellets on homemade bacon with similar positive results. Later this fall I look forward to using them to cold smoke cheese.

Excellent flavor
We have tried several different brands but none of the gave a good smoked flavor. This one really gave good flavor without being over powering

My favorite store-bought brand of pellet.
I use these pellets in my Green Mountain Pellet Smoker. Far better than several other brands. Traeger pellets are a joke. I use this on almost every type of meat I smoke. I'm an offset stick burner purist when I have time, but when we have company coming and I have a busy work schedule, I roll out of pellets. I do find that if you use the lowest setting on your pellet smoker for the first 2 hours while using Pit Boss Hickory, you get a legit smoke ring and real flavor..

These are very good pellets for all kinds of different meat/food. Strong Hickory flavor. The 40 lb size lasts me over a month of regular smoking?

I love the product. But they shipped it twice like a bag within a bag and it got obliterated. What a mess.
