Pit Boss 20 Lb Cherry Blend Hardwood Pellets

These are an excellent quality pallet. They arrived dry, uniform in size and with little dust in the bag. Meals cooked using them over the holidays were a hit. For instance I used them to long smoke a Boston butt. It was great! For another meal, I cooked a large Salmon fillet using them. Everyone loved it.

Another great product from Pit Boss. I've used the Competition Blend in most applications but the cherry adds a certain twist to my cook. I used on a ham and it was great.

I like PB Cherry pellets. They're subtle but there when I use them I'm poultry and pork. I like to mix them with PB competition blend to realy fill out the smoke flavor

Just like the title says. Was expecting a little more flavor out of it. Good, not great. I would still use it, just add more cherry wood in a burn box.
