These wood chunks you need to use more of than I thought, they are small but powerful once get going. The size of the wood pieces are small, so needed to make a pocket of wood for the cherry stands out, but they are very easy to use.

Great smoky flavor when placed inside a smoke box and placed directly on grate next to food. I use this method to increase the smokiness on my King Chii pellet grill.

We use this in our smoker. We use apple juice %26 these cherry pellets for an excellent taste in our meat.
