If you own a pit boss ultimate griddle then this is a good tool to get I used it for smash burgers and hashbrowns works great.

Stainless is better
I bought this yesterday. I tried scraping my griddle today. Got it hot, squirted som water on it and started a good scrape before bacon. The business end of the scraper melted and left black plastic rows on the griddle that only came off with my stainless spatula. Next time I will go stainless.
