Easy to work , it visually shows you what to do to set up , I like how fast it is to print something once set up is completed. It's wireless printing so you don't have to worry about plugging your phone / computer in, all you need is the app and a few clicks then boom. It's printed! Also printer is not big and bulky , it's a good size printer.
Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to read, and hard to beat! I dreaded buying a new printer because of the many problems I always had with them. This one has been a joy to use! It was also a great price at Walmart!!!
As a Linux user, I love this printer because it worked right out of the box -- printing, scanning, duplex mode, color, etc. I didn't have to install a driver or adjust any settings or anything like that, I just connected it and all the features worked. The only negative thaing I can mention is the cost of the ink; it's almost $100 to replace the two ink cartridges.
This printer from Canon is working out well for me, it's compatible with my new Dell all-in-one desktop computer. I would recommend it to everyone who needs a new printer
I bought this TS7720 printer/copier to replace an older model. Canon products have always been very reliable and reasonably priced. This item prints a LOT slower than the previous one I had, but the quality of the copies and printed items is much better than the one I replaced.
It's ok, but no MG7120. I got this TS7720 under the warranty trade up program from an MG7120 that I had for 10-15 years. I think the printhead finally died in the 7120. The 7720 is OK, but not great. I don't think the print quality is as good and the wireless connectivity is flakey at best. Both connected by wifi or wifi direct to my android phone or windows laptop, it's hard to get it to connect and then stay connected. I did usb to the laptop and the driver installation was honestly, just stupid. It appeared to be doing a lot of "registering" instead of just "installing". It worked fine when it was done, just seemed to have some unnecessary junk in the installation process. I hope the cartridges than came with it are the low volume ones because after printing 6 4x6 photos & 8 letter sized pages of installation instructions to a car radio, it's down to about 75% ink left. It'll get expensive at that rate. I don't have any photos from the MG7120 to compare exactly to the 7720, but looking at the quality of the ones I've printed so far from the 7720, I do not think they appear as good as I got from the MG7120. Also, just examining the engineering between the two, the MG7120 always appeared to be engineered and built like a "fine German auto" while this 7720 appears to be more on par w/ your typical HP disposable printer. And, btw, I updated the fw on the 7720 and all drivers and apps on the android and on the windows laptop are up to date. Also, I'm in IT so I deal with this stuff every day, so I'm thinking if I have problems with it, I feel sorry for someone who might not have as much experience in it.
Wrong door I want that printer Now your out of that printer everywhere
