Plantronics Voyager Legend Bluetooth Headset

I order this bluetooth headset and had it a month or so, and the sound was so broken up I couldn't here anything. whent to Poly for support put serial number in and the warrantyhad expired Sept.27,2024. How do you sell item from Wal-Mart that has a expired warranty. I have been used. I will never buy this product again never shop on line wal-mart again.

Quality of the headphones were severely lacking. Sitting right next to the laptop and the connection was poor at best. Clients and Co-workers couldn't understand anything I was saying. Checked for all the updates and the FAQ but nothing tried changed the quality of connection.

I always buy this item. when they break and they do, I buy another one to replace it, I choose this type over the ear buds because the ear buds tend to hurt my ears and they also drop out really easy , these loop around the ear and are a comfort for the inside of the ear

I have owned Voyager Legend earpieces for years...The Poly has better noise canceling and longer battery life 👍👍👍

I tried everything to work properly, I looked on U-Tube for instructions It does not stay in my ear and it is bulky more that I thought, I am not happy with it.

Sound quality is excellent, easy to connect to phone. Only down fall is it's very bulky, I wear glasses doesn't fit like I would like it too. I have a hearing aid in my left ear. Feel like it's made for use in left ear, controls are akward in right ear.

I was used to the original earpiece where you could not just answer and incoming call but also place an outgoing call. Hit the button, say "call" and then the name of the person in your contact list. This newer versions of the Plantronics units do not allow this. It is just an adjustment on my part but fine since the new driving laws say no picking up cell phones in a car basically. If the phone rings I can still answer it with the tap on the earpiece. I feel I can hear the caller without issue and everyone has said they sound is clear with no background noise on their end. That's what I needed for use in my older vehicle.

only problem I have us the plug-in adapter is missing and was advertised to be there. this is my 3rd set and I love them. sent a message to the seller about it at hope they send the adapter because I don't want to have to buy one when it was advertised to be included.

This is an excellent piece. My Voyager 5200 finally died - something in my body chemistry eventually corrodes the rubber - and I replaced it with this! It doesn't have as many 'advanced' features as the 5200, but it was half the cost and does everything I want it to. I didn't use the 'advanced' features often, anyway.

This seller is a thief, STAY AWAY. Advertized as platronics voyager legend and i got a cheap chienese product with no name on it.
