JLab Go Work Wireless On-Ear Headset - Bluetooth or Wired Office Headset with Multipoint and 45+ Hours Playtime

Since the pandemic started I have to work from home. The JLab Go Work on-Ear Headset is my life saving tool! I love how crystal clear I can hear everything and the 45hours of hands free work is all I can ask! High quality product that meets my expectations and doesn't costs a fortune. I definitely recommend it!

This is my first headset so I can't compare it to another set to say it's worse than or better but what I can say is that I LOVE THEM and wish that I had looked into getting them sooner! First of all they are supremely comfortable. They're adjustable to fit and very lightweight, and the ear pads are SO comfortable I barely notice that I have them on. The pads swivel too. The controls are on one side along with the boom microphone, so I think that's a good feature. There is much less confusion getting used to operating them. The boom microphone lights up red when mute is on which is very helpful and you can wear it on either side since it flips from front to back. Also, since they're so lightweight they don't press into my eye glasses while I'm working, just another plus and an important one. The battery has a very long-lasting charge. I almost couldn't believe it. I've left it off of the charge for days and picked them up, turned them on and they tell me, "you're connected, battery full". Wow. The sound quality is really very good. Soothing even. The volume is great. I wouldn't push it to it's maximum, it isn't necessary. The headset also does a great job of blocking out external noise so there isn't any interference. The bass is good too. Really, I've always been fussy about how my music sounds and this has a great tone. Just right. Another plus is the fact that I do not need an app since all of the controls are on the headset. Once the pairing was made with bluetooth I was up and running. I understand that it also supports Siri and Google voice prompts but I haven't had a chance to toy with that yet. In addition, they also have the ability to pair with multiple devices simultaneously, mobile and a desktop or Ipad. You can charge them while you're wearing them too just in case you forget and leave them uncharged for two weeks or so :-D 45 hours? Remarkable.

I use these for a work at home situation. They keep my family from hearing what someone else is saying on one of my business calls but still allow me to hear my surroundings and the phone call I'm on at the same time. Sound quality is great and people tell me they can hear me crystal clear over the mic. There are some standard and cool functions with this unit which can all be controlled by 3 buttons. I have included a picture of the instructions so you can see all of the capabilities. Set up was effortless. I did charge the battery out of the box as I do with all electronic equipment but it only took about 15 minutes to achieve a full charge. Comes with the USB charge cord and auxiliary cord. These are a good buy!

My wife works from home and I occasionally work remote as well, these are perfect for both of us. The noise cancellation is decent and the headset itself is comfortable. I can wear these with my glasses without them being to tight and hurting my ears. The sound quality is middle of the road I would say, more bass than expected. Voices are clear and easily distinguishable even with background noise around the house. My wife and I both like these and would recommend them to anyone working from home. We don't game at all but these might work well for that too. The microphone on them works well too for conference calls etc..Give em a try!

What a winner this headset is. I love it! Full-featured and thoughtfully designed. It’s been life-changing for me. Not to mention it’s from a company with accessible, responsive customer support. So I’ll be the first to admit I have not kept pace with Bluetooth headset/earbud technology. My wired headset is on its last legs, and of course being wired, it tethered me to my PC. I had a small wired portable speaker for my phone, but many newer phones lack a 3.5mm connector, as did mine, rendering that bit of outdated technology useless. As for many of us, the pandemic has brought countless Zoom sessions to my daily life -- committee meetings and webinars. With the dearth of Bluetooth technology in my world, I had to stay in place every time a new meeting popped up. I’m a fairly petite person with a small head. Earbuds historically never work for me. They would always fall out. I’m sure that’s due to operator error, as a phone store salesman once placed a pair securely in my ears, but personally I never mastered the skill. So the JLab Wireless On-Ear Headset suited me perfectly. The boxing was designed for the minimalist -- the headset, a USB-C charging cable, a USB-C to 3.5mm cable as a wired alternative (as 3.5mm phone jacks return to some smartphones) and a well-written and well-illustrated quick-start guide. I love that the technology is USB-C, compatible with my laptops and my phone. My biggest concern was whether the headset would fit too loosely on my small head or even fall off. After a few seconds, I found a comfortable spot just forward from the crown of my head that held them securely in place. JLab equipped the earcups with their cloud foam cushions which is working very well for my sensitive ears. I can wear them comfortably for extended periods of time. There are some other really nice features as well -- one is dual connectivity, which allows for multipoint Bluetooth connectivity, for example to your PC and smartphone simultaneously if you are transitioning from one to the other. There is another feature called C3 Calling that uses a second microphone to remove unwanted background sounds. I am very anxious to test this out at an upcoming committee meeting where the host always complains about external sounds when I connect through my phone without a headset or earbuds, and he’s always muting me. The GoWork is expected to get 45 hours from a single charge -- that’s amazing -- an entire work week! And finally lots of tweaking of controls from buttons on the headset - power on/off, volume up/down, forward and backward tracking, answering phone calls, activating voice assistants like SIRI and OK Google. So now that I’m firmly established in the world of Bluetooth headsets, I can roam around my home listening to webinars. I am so much more productive and I can even do kitchen chores without missing anything. As I said, life-changing! Many of JLab’s products have instructional videos on their website, but there is none yet for the GoWork headset. However, the manual is crystal clear, and I called their support line for help with a different issue, and found them knowledgeable and responsive. The only thing I might have liked that was not included is a carrying case, but I have enough travel pouches to find something suitable. If you’re looking for an over-ear headset with tons of up-to-the-minute technology, look no further.

I love this headset! It was really easy to pair the Bluetooth with my laptop and mobile phone. I love being able to walk around while I’m on my conference calls instead of feeling like I’m tied to my desk. Working from home is a lot easier. Great sound quality and easy to adjust volume right on the headset.

I have been using these daily for my job amongst other activities and I really like them. They are comfortable, you can hear clearly. You can also use them with the cord if your battery is low. The mic works well and others are able to hear me fine. The battery life is amazing!

I wanted to get some thing the kids could use in the car that wouldn't hurt their head or pull their hair. So far this has been awesome I also wanted to use them for work and again they have been very handy so I really do like this product very useful.

I use these on my windows 8 pc computer, and they hold up just fine. The sound is ok but seems to be lacking a bit in the clarity department. They don't wrap around the ear like other Jlab models, so sound proof also isnt a thing these do. They are good for a quick in a pinch solution, but I wouldn't recommend these for a serious gamer or as home worker.
