JLab Go Work Wireless On-Ear Headset - Bluetooth or Wired Office Headset with Multipoint and 45+ Hours Playtime

This is my second pair after my son and I broke the microphone stem on the first pair. Other than being aggressively handled by a 6 month old with gorilla-like grip, they hold up very well. I pack mine in my backpack on my trips to the office. They are the best headphones and mic I've owned since I started using headphones and a mic for work. They seamlessly connect once paired and come with a dongle, although current Windows computers and smart phones don't require the use of it. The sound is crystal clear - music sounds great with them, as well. The microphone has noise cancelation that works about flawlessly. For the price point, the features, durability, and usefulness can't be beat.

Since the pandemic started I have to work from home. The JLab Go Work on-Ear Headset is my life saving tool! I love how crystal clear I can hear everything and the 45hours of hands free work is all I can ask! High quality product that meets my expectations and doesn't costs a fortune. I definitely recommend it!

This is my first headset so I can't compare it to another set to say it's worse than or better but what I can say is that I LOVE THEM and wish that I had looked into getting them sooner! First of all they are supremely comfortable. They're adjustable to fit and very lightweight, and the ear pads are SO comfortable I barely notice that I have them on. The pads swivel too. The controls are on one side along with the boom microphone, so I think that's a good feature. There is much less confusion getting used to operating them. The boom microphone lights up red when mute is on which is very helpful and you can wear it on either side since it flips from front to back. Also, since they're so lightweight they don't press into my eye glasses while I'm working, just another plus and an important one. The battery has a very long-lasting charge. I almost couldn't believe it. I've left it off of the charge for days and picked them up, turned them on and they tell me, "you're connected, battery full". Wow. The sound quality is really very good. Soothing even. The volume is great. I wouldn't push it to it's maximum, it isn't necessary. The headset also does a great job of blocking out external noise so there isn't any interference. The bass is good too. Really, I've always been fussy about how my music sounds and this has a great tone. Just right. Another plus is the fact that I do not need an app since all of the controls are on the headset. Once the pairing was made with bluetooth I was up and running. I understand that it also supports Siri and Google voice prompts but I haven't had a chance to toy with that yet. In addition, they also have the ability to pair with multiple devices simultaneously, mobile and a desktop or Ipad. You can charge them while you're wearing them too just in case you forget and leave them uncharged for two weeks or so :-D 45 hours? Remarkable.

I love these. I've tried others but go a headache. I can have these on all day and still be comfortable.

DO NOT get these if you work from home. For the first time in years I got asked about my background noise and this is the first day I used them. Other than that, they are comfortable and I can hear the customer clearly. Returning these TODAY

For anyone who works from home and relies on clear, consistent audio, I would not recommend this headset. Unfortunately, it has been unreliable, and I feel it was a waste of money. I expected much better performance for the price. I would not purchase this product again.

The sound would always go out while I have them on my head, I had to keep turning them off and on, and the customers kept saying, you keep going in and out. For the price, they worked but the quality was poor. The battery life was good but not good enough for the issues I had with them. These are being sent back to Walmart

Missing cable and c-dongle so can not charge the headset to use!

When I am taking calls for work all of my background noise is picked up. I work from home so this is a huge issue. I was hoping for this price point it would remove or at least muffle the background noise.
