Logitech G321 Wireless Headset

It's not a G533. Pros: 1. lighter than a G533 2. ??? Cons: Lightspeed mic is a downgrade compared to the G533. Battery says it'll run 17 hours; I want the drugs the person that made that claim is on. Overall this feels like a shrinkflation headset. Logitech knocked it out of the park (insert your preferred sportsball analogy) with the G533 and I'm sad and irritated at the downgraded experience of the replacement.

The flip mic is so useful, and the quick switching between lightspeed and Bluetooth mode is very useful in my day to day life. I can easily switch between my usb pc and my iPad/iPhone very quickly. The headphones are so light that I forgot I'm even wearing them sometimes. The only bad thing is that these headphones have barely any noise cancellation so don't buy them expecting them to have any

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted a pair of headphones with fabric cushions and a physical mic. These are exactly what I was looking for and they are super comfortable. Sound is excellent.

With a little EQ tweaking, I managed to get these to sound really good. Loud and clear. Mic audio seems good. The only negative I have is the power button slide. Feels super cheap and doesn't move without significant force.

I'm still getting used to it. I like noise canceling while I'm working / gaming, so hearing the stuff in my environment is taking some getting used to. I like the light weight, and the flip microphone is amazing. The lighter weight is def nice and reduces the headaches I typically get from prolonged use with other headsets I've used. I liked the sound profile software that Corsair had, so I'm not sure if that's something you guys can look into, but if you haven't, it might be of interest to you. Sound wise, it meets expectations. Like... I haven't played anything and been like "wow, trash quality", so yeah, music sounds like music. Games sound like games. It's not "by the gods! What is this divine sound that I have never heard before!" But then... I'm not expecting miracles from a headset. I'm expecting sound to sound like... well... sound... and it does, so thank you. <3 Plug and play met expectations. Super easy to get set up on my computer. No issues switching anything over from one headset to another. I will say controlling volume between things like Zoom and Spotify, which is a minor thing all things considered, but it -is- a piece of friction that I am still trying to figure out. Not sure if that's user error or more of a tech limitation or what, but I'm getting by with it because yeah, super minor. Thank you for the headset. You guys are awesome. Please be well, my friends. i bought these for my son, so this review will be second-hand. But he (12yo gamer) loves them. He can wear them for an extended period of time with no complaints ( This is pretty telling as hes had several headsets (including Razer Blackshark v2s) and comfort over time is usually his biggest complaint. He says that sou d quality is great, mic is clear. He has no complaints.

I just wanted to use the dongle. not put it on Bluetooth, if I leave my desk. I still want the customer to hear me, and the customer can't hear me! the volume sucks. I have it at 100 and it's a normal voice, I need it louder.

never got them asked for a refuned was denied don't shop at Walmart or thay will rip you off to I'm filling a 5000 lawsuit against them for all 3 items

Scratchy ear muffs. Mic is so nested into headset you can't find it to pull down and look like an idiot on video calls fumbling for it. Cable is charging only, no wired connection. No advanced sound enhancing capabilities. Not very loud. Hot.
