The flip mic is so useful, and the quick switching between lightspeed and Bluetooth mode is very useful in my day to day life. I can easily switch between my usb pc and my iPad/iPhone very quickly. The headphones are so light that I forgot I'm even wearing them sometimes. The only bad thing is that these headphones have barely any noise cancellation so don't buy them expecting them to have any
I just wanted to use the dongle. not put it on Bluetooth, if I leave my desk. I still want the customer to hear me, and the customer can't hear me! the volume sucks. I have it at 100 and it's a normal voice, I need it louder.
Great headset, light weight. Good sound, not very loud but perfect for quiet night sessions. It has two sound modes and is easy to swap between them, Bluetooth and Lightspeed sound (this is the mode that will get the sound from USB dongle) I'm connecting mine to my PS5 and it works seamlessly.
No complaints whatsoever, definitely a recommendation from me.
I'm still getting used to it. I like noise canceling while I'm working / gaming, so hearing the stuff in my environment is taking some getting used to. I like the light weight, and the flip microphone is amazing. The lighter weight is def nice and reduces the headaches I typically get from prolonged use with other headsets I've used. I liked the sound profile software that Corsair had, so I'm not sure if that's something you guys can look into, but if you haven't, it might be of interest to you. Sound wise, it meets expectations. Like... I haven't played anything and been like "wow, trash quality", so yeah, music sounds like music. Games sound like games. It's not "by the gods! What is this divine sound that I have never heard before!" But then... I'm not expecting miracles from a headset. I'm expecting sound to sound like... well... sound... and it does, so thank you. <3 Plug and play met expectations. Super easy to get set up on my computer. No issues switching anything over from one headset to another. I will say controlling volume between things like Zoom and Spotify, which is a minor thing all things considered, but it -is- a piece of friction that I am still trying to figure out. Not sure if that's user error or more of a tech limitation or what, but I'm getting by with it because yeah, super minor. Thank you for the headset. You guys are awesome. Please be well, my friends. headset is great! just wished the battery could last for more than 2 days use. other than that, lightweight and awesome!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that this is a very good high quality headset. If I could improve anything it would be having color options for the little wires on top of the ear muffs because purple does not look great with the black. The dongle works well and I love the comfort and how light they are. This is the first headset that I think won't give me a head dent. My friends have also said that my voice sounds great. Awsome headset just needs a little more diversity.
Does not integrate with G Hub software That is all.
never got them asked for a refuned was denied don't shop at Walmart or thay will rip you off to I'm filling a 5000 lawsuit against them for all 3 items
Poor sound quality and there is about a 1-2 second delay in sound that is quite impactful when it comes to online multiplayer gaming.
