PlayMonster 5 Second Rule Card Game, 10th Anniversary Edition, Children Ages 10+

The 5 Second Rule game is a fun (quick) game that can be played with all ages. The cards can be skipped if too difficult for a young player. Our children enjoy this game. It has zero set up so it can be brought out and played quickly. I really appreciate that. It could even be taken on road trips or camping.

This is a fun game. Each member of my family is very competitive and this game really made that come to light. It is family friendly. Played with my kids and husband. Some of the questions are subjective but overall so much fun!

I bought this game for my classroom as a special activity in early release day and they loved it. Some cards were a little challenging but overall great for school age children. I will be purchasing the JR version to add to my collection.

We played the game at Thanksgiving and Christmas with different families and all of them enjoyed it and we had a great time. I would definitely recommend buying this game for family fun great game.

Fun game for groups

It is fun for family to play together, but very fast-paced, which can be difficult for any answers that contain more than one word!

Easy to learn. The timer is odd and a bit unclear as to when it's over, so that can be a bit of a problem. This is really only good for older kids, with the 8 year old minimum being a bit of a stretch based on the cards/questions being more advanced subject matter. I'd probably recommend for 12 in order for them to be able to fully engage or play.

Bought this for the timer inside, my kiddo saw it at OT therapy and we had to have one. It's a favorite.

i bought this game for our family Christmas party. well those of us in our more mature years had a lot of knowledge but could not recall it quick enough. Now those in their thirties and early forties could bang those answers out with time to spare. The teenagers struggled. Soooo there you have it. Would be great for a birthday party of thirty something's, especially if alcohol is involved. I want to stress, don't party without a DD! Have fun!

Game came used. They tried to pass it off as new. Had to spend my own gas money and time to return. Not happy!
