I rated the product highly because it's exactly what I expected from a PS5. The system runs fast, loads games quickly, and the graphics and performance are excellent. The bundle adds great value, and everything was packaged well and in perfect condition. Overall, the quality and experience make it worth the price.

I believe the price of the PlayStation is affordable for the quality and features it offers. It provides great value for entertainment, especially compared to similar products. I plan to purchase it as a gift, and I know it will make the person receiving it very happy. Overall, the price feels reasonable and worth it for such a popular and enjoyable gaming system.

It was the only thing my son wanted for Christmas. Not only did you have it available; it was on sale. The quality was great. It was supposed to be here on the 24th but it came a day earlier which was great. Walmart made my son's Christmas great and save me some money with the Christmas sale…

I'm disappointed that it came in the original box and my child Christmas surprise was ruined by it. Plus I ask for it to be handed to me and it was left on porch

The console was on sale so price was good, the delivery was good as well arrived fine. My son has been wanting PS5 since they came out, so his big brother helped me with $$ for his Christmas, “but” he has not taken it out of the box yet, he's still enjoying his PS4. I will update when we start playing PS5…. Ty

Bought the protection plan, when I purchased my son's PS5. Having the protection definitely gives you peace of mind! The PS5 is an amazing system, the graphics on games really stand out! I got them the digital download version and it's a game changer no more game disc!!

Box had clearly been opened and was damaged. When we brought this to the associate's attention we explained this was a Christmas gift and how it wasn't right that we were getting a brand new PlayStation but yet the seal had clearly been broken (someone cut it open) and the original packaging damaged the associate agreed that she wouldn't want to pay full price for such product either. She went and got her manager who came out and immediately was rude, insensitive to the situation and dismissive. Told my husband it “wasn't her problem” and that we needed to file a claim online. Very terrible customer service. I only wish I would've caught her name because she should not be a manager dealing with the general public.

This product came with tears in the box and loose parts rattling around in the box. Its a gift and I can't give in that condition which means I have to go through the return and replace process which I really don't have time for.

I purchased a PlayStation 5 from Walmart.com during their Cyber Monday sale for $400 as a Christmas gift for my son. He opened it on Christmas, but didn't begin using it regularly until January. Unfortunately, it completely stopped working just a few weeks later. When I went online to try to initiate a return or exchange, I found out it was no longer eligible. That was extremely disappointing, especially considering how little actual use the console had before it failed. As a parent, it was not easy for me to save up and spend $400 on this gift. To have it stop working so quickly and then be told it can't be returned or exchanged feels incredibly frustrating and unfair. I expected better quality control and better customer support for such an expensive item. Very disappointed with this experience.
