The smile was Everything
My Son's PS4 bit the dusk (lol) He always said it wasn't a big deal to get the PS5. Boy was he excited when it arrived and it came with 2 controllers! A good deal, so I thought. While I was still paying for it. The game system went on sale and Walmart did a price adjustment. A Great Experience with Walmart

Work great and came all in good condition. In my opinion, PS5 is safer than my child playing games on a tablet. I have enjoyed it as well. It is worth it.

Product great, Antonline shipper not real good
The PS5 product is excellent, but the company that shipped it to me isn't the most responsive with an issue I have. As an extra controller I was sent a PS4 controller from them that I have attached pictures of. I have spoken to Walmart customer service 3 times and in the back ground they call and get confirmation from the company Antonline that ships this product for Walmart that I will get a replacement or a box to send back the PS4 controller, but nothing ever happens. I have been trying since before XMAS when I noticed the issue. It is very frustrating and does seem like at least Walmart tries to fix the issue, but at this point I think someone just needs to let me go to the store and exchange what I have for a PS5 controller.

Bait and switch! Do not buy !! No customer service
I ordered the two controller version during the Black Friday sales event. But this seller sent the wrong one- the version with the one controller. And of course they won't return the email. All Walmart is offering is a refund which of course if I take it and then I'll end up paying more because the sale is over!! Bad bad terrible business!! I will always use amazon from now on!
