I had ordered a black ps4 controller but I received a white one. Just gonna keep it instead of the hassle of sending it back.

The issue wasn't so much with the product but the fact that I purchased the DualShock controllers for the PS4 and received DualSense controllers for the PS5 instead. Reached out to the 3rd party vendor a week ago and have still not received a response. I tried to return at Walmart and was told I may not receive my refund because I wasn't returning the same item “purchased”. Definitely disappointed with this situation!

Not an original PlayStation 4 controller
definitely wasn't a Sony controller even though it was advertised as one. Very cheaply made, and wasn't worth it. It's not heavy, and you could see the light from the charger port.

This is a knock-off, not a real Sony controller
This is definitely not a Sony controller. Comparing it to the others we have, this controller is lighter, the plastic is thinner, and the thumbs sticks have a totally different action and are much less precise. Very disappointed! But worst of all, the packaging looks real, so you don't know it is a fake until you open it and try it out, which of course means you cannot return it. Steer clear of this product!
