Plum Beauty Motorized Facial Cleansing Brush, 2 Speeds

This is my 2nd face scrubber. I love it! It works great. However, the documentation inserted in the packaging states there are 2 scrubber heads. There is only 1. In the past there were 2, but the documentation hasn't been updated. This does not affect how the product works, but I think purchasers should know, in advance, that there is only 1 scrubber head.

Very easy to use, I keep it in my shower, soft to the skin . Just enough spin , good for your skin routine.

A great price and provides two different power levels. Two AA batteries needed. Bristles are soft and leaves my face clean and fresh!

Loved the item when I first got it. In just over a month it did help my face. However, about 6 weeks after getting the product it stopped working properly. First the low setting wouldn't work, then neither worked. I replaced batteries, it worked for a moment and then stopped again. I tried to contact customer service during the business hours listed on their website (Clio) and the recording said they were closed? Confusing and a bit concerning. I have sent email request for resolution so hopefully they will stand behind their product and either replace or refund. If resolution is satisfactory I will amend my review, but at this time 2 stars. Disappointed to say the least.

i like the price. the bristles were not stife .they were to soft . i need a stronger ,bristles . do you have one like that .

For starters, I didn't even choose this item when placing my home.delivery order. I had ordered replacement heads for a conair facial brush that I already had . The Walmart shopper that processed my order just made the decision to give me two of these face scrubbers instead of the conair replacement pack in their opinion it was supposed to be comparable. ABSOLUTELY NOT very poorly made! Low grade plastic, on/off speed control button terrible. The first time I used one of them after placing batteries and closing the cover I attempted to slide the power button into the on -low setting It literally just cracked right along the seam where front and back snap together and from that point on it didn't work.When I moved on to the second package, I shouldn't have even opened it, and just returned it because the brush would not move equal to the speed that I was trying to set it at it didn't matter what kind of batteries I put in it. It's still did not function properly huge waste of money I would have rather gone without purchasing anything. Definitely the Walmart shopper should not have made that decision for me. I thought they were supposed to give us the option if we were agreeable to what would be replaced, and that did not even happen during my interaction, so it is a combination of poor communication which is in contradiction of the service that Walmart promotes to do curbside pick up or to have a home delivery. So there's that in addition to the product being very poorly made, and I was provided with two examples of that because I got 2 sets of these to "equally substitute" what I had initially ordered. I definitely do not recommend this product to anyone.

This item sucks , I guess you can say you get what you paid for the speed doesn't even go fast it stops when you put it in your face sometimes and then it goes so slow that your cleanser doesn't even get soapy

Button didnt work right, one speed only even it showes the option of two. Brush is way to rough for facial skin. Poor quality

never received item and can't get them to contact me. so don't buy from them
