So let me start off my saying I have very complicated skin. I have a health issue where I react to specific ingredients that are in about 95% of commercial moisturizers including many that are recommended by a dermatologist. I bought this, not expecting too much. I put this on top of a ceramide serum at night and this works better than any moisturizer tried thus far. Meaning it doesn’t cause me to break out in acne or a rash, somehow make my skin seem more dry, and literally the next day my skin is still extremely moisturized. Skip the super expensive stuff and just get this. I got the size that was less than $5 too so it’s an insane bargain considering I’m just using it on my face.

I always check the safety of ingredients for all lotions, food, cosmetics I buy. Cetaphil received an excellent rating from my “clean app”. Therefore, I bought it and I have not been disappointed. It goes on well and is very moisturizing. Besides that, Walmart sells the 25 oz, size at the best price!

Have been using this lotion for years, great for taking makeup off, I also use it over top of my Cerave PM to lock in the moisture because it’s light, gentle and great for sensitive skin. I also use it all over my body, especially in the summertime when it’s so hot because it’s so light weight, not heavy and oily.

The thickness is great not that thick so the weight of the product feels light on your skin. It's not oily so it's suitable for anyone who can't stand the slippery feeling other moistures leave on your skin and great for people with sensitive skin and the locking top is amazing.

The third ingredient in this Cetaphil moisturizer is isopropyl palmitate, a highly comedogenic, pore clogging ingredient. It also contains avocado oil, another comedogenic pore clogging ingredient. I've been using this lotion on my face for 9 months and have been struggling with numerous small whiteheads on my face every morning. I'm heavily scrutinizing all the products I use trying to figure out why I keep getting white heads, and will never be using this one again after realizing what kind of ingredients it has. This moisturizer also leaves a greasy feel and sheen on my face.
