I grind and clench my teeth and these prevent me from damaging my teeth. I had a crown on a done on a tooth and realized when I got home that my old night guard didn't fit anymore. I bought these to hold me over till I got a new one but they were so easy to use and comfortable that I haven't bothered with the other kind. These work great and I have spares for future needs.

Just as good as named brand... at a far far better price! And you have extras in case one gets messed up in the "molding" process... or lost. Can't beat this set.

This was a great price! Well made and easy to use. This was a lot cheaper than a $500 appliance for teeth grinding made by my dentist!

Bought these because they were inexpensive and we needed something for night teeth grinding (Bruxism.). What the dentist wanted was ungodly and the price for the total number of items received was in my $$$ ballpark. Between the two of use these will last until they are gone and will arrive at another solution later. I do believe they are intended to be switched frequently, but not sure. So no sports events scheduled at this residence.

Just what I wanted at a low price

These mouthpieces are huge. I had to cut them down so that they would fit my mouth because they were making me gag once I trim them. They fit fine after I molded them to my teeth.

I spent a lot of time reading reviews and thought these would work for my kids. Unfortunately, they are way too big. They are even a little big for me. The quality seems great, but again way to big for my kids to be able to use them....which was the main purpose and since I opened one of the 2 packs I'm doubtful I can return now.

These mouth guards are supposed to be one size fits all, but they are tiny, like for young children. I do not recommend unless being bought for kids.
