Helped ease hip pain
I have hip bursitis and I have found these ease the pain. I don't press obnoxiously hard, but I do apply pressure and I was shocked how much it really helped me.

Use with care!
Love using this product after a long run! Be careful not to go too fast as you could pinch and bruise your skin. For best use press down directly and roll it trying not to tilt it one way or the other so you don't accidentally pinch your skin in the thing. Doesn't do much for hands, but great for calves, harms, shoulders, quads, etc.
