BSOD
PC was experiencing BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) I thought at first that the cpu was overheating, but thermal check showed it was fine. Borrowed some RAM to test and that turned out to be the problem. I bought this RAM (32G) which is faster than my old RAM. Have not had any errors since. I didn't care that it was LED, but hey, it's a bonus. Glad I purchased.

Scratched Insert pin before even being used.
There was a scratch on the insert pins connecting the ram to the motherboard. Really upset about it since they weren't even outside of the clear packaging before I noticed it. It works fine, and no issues, but I would assume that buying a brand new product would mean that the item would be in pristine condition. If I can get a replacement, that would be phenomenal.

I have been using PNY computer components for over 20 years, and this is the first time I have encountered a situation where the product received did not match what I ordered. I had ordered the PNY XLR8 Gaming 16GB (2x 8GB) EPIC-X RGB™ DDR4 3600MHz CL18 1.35V (XMP Compatible) Desktop Memory Kit. However, upon unboxing the delivery, I discovered that I had actually received a PNY XLR8 2x8GB 3200MHz memory kit—representing a performance downgrade of approximately 20%. Furthermore, the build quality was poor; the RGB lighting assembly on one of the memory sticks was severely loose.
