My favorite mainline Pokémon game in the series! Great story, interesting characters and the gameplay mechanics are the best they've been. Despite frame rate issues and some clipping the performance is good enough it doesn't negatively impact the game play. I've enjoyed every minute of it. Finally an open world Pokémon game!!

I preordered this about a week before release and it still showed up on my door the day of release! Aside from the bugs and glitches here and there the game is pretty fun so far and I love the “Let's GO” feature that lets you auto battle to level up your team faster. If you played and enjoyed Sword and Shield and Legends Arceus then you won't want to miss the next generation!

I like to get the double packs because I'm a collector. I held off on these for a while because I was hearing mixed reviews about the game. though I miss the old style of Pokemon games these are pretty decent open world games. they are not without their issues (mainly frame rate).

It is not as good as their last game, my kids had no problem playing Sword and Shield. With the way they set the new game up it is confusing on where you should go and since you have to beat gym leaders or your pokemon will start to ignore you, it gets very annoying to younger kids who just want to catch all of the pokemon in an area. I am tired of helping them find the next gym so that their favorite pokemon will obey them again. Also what do they have against Skitty, it is my daughter's favorite cat pokemon and they never seem to put it in their better games or in the shows that much.

The game has many glitches it also tends to freeze up. You have to rest the game and sometimes log out then back several times.

I am very disappointed with Walmart's choices of shipping my preorder. I ordered from Walmart because they had the dual pack listed on their site before Amazon did. I expected them to ship the dual pack to me on the day of release like Amazon has always done with everything I had preordered from them. Here we are the day of release, and I am now getting told by their website that I won't have my dual pack until Monday! I will never preorder anything from Walmart again! Game looks great by the way; too bad I can't play it for 3 more days with the expectations of playing it on release day!
