Nintendo Switch Pro Controller

The pro controller makes it very hard to return to the joycons controller unless they're more convenient at the time or have a Satisfye grip. Though if you bigger hands you're gonna want any reason not to use the joycons without Satisfye. Pro controller is just that great to use. The buttons are very responsive and sticks are finely tuned when calibrated perfectly. If you want a edge in the game with comfort to boot, this is a must buy.

Both of the pro controllers I ordered came looked great, packaging was not damaged and the contents did not look tampered with. The quality of the control felt legitimate and I ran the “update test” on both controllers to see if they were official Nintendo controllers and they updated smoothly. I purchased my controllers through “Catchndealz” and had a great experience thus far with these controllers, they definitely feel brand new. Be aware that there are sellers in the Walmart Marketplace that are shipping out fake controllers, the return process is not consumer friendly most of the time as Walmart cannot intervene in most cases with 3rd part vendors.

The Nintendo Switch Pro Controller is a huge upgrade over the standard Joy-Cons, especially for longer gaming sessions. The weight feels just right, solid without being heavy. It has that sturdy, premium feel that makes it comfortable to hold for hours. The battery life is excellent. I can go multiple sessions without even thinking about charging it, which is a big plus compared to other controllers I’ve used. It holds a charge impressively well and charges quickly when needed. The overall feel is fantastic. The grip is comfortable, the buttons are responsive, and everything feels well-built. It’s ergonomic in a way that makes a real difference during extended play. The joysticks are smooth and precise, which really helps in games that require accurate movement. They feel durable and consistent, with no noticeable drift or looseness. Overall, this controller feels like the way the Switch is meant to be played. It’s reliable, comfortable, and well worth it if you spend a lot of time gaming.

Controller works great received a EU brand controller was the only issue all the boxing and instructions in a different language. Hopefully won’t be an issue if having to use the warranty.

The items received were counterfeits not made by Nintendo. Inferior build quality, would not take firmware updates, missing features like HD rumble and NFC. Easiest tell is the lettering on the face buttons being very uneven on the counterfeit controllers.

Received a cheap controller within a real pro controller box. This was even with the 1 day delivery from Walmart meaning this controller was in Walmart’s inventory rather than coming from a third party seller.

Counterfeit Nintendo Switch Controller Sold as Authentic

I think I was shipped a return that contained a fake controller. This controller does not have any Nintendo logos on it and the buttons feel a lot different than the one i bought when the switch first came out. Actually the look and feel of the whole controller seems different. The transparent plastic is a different color too. The first image is the controller I ordered and second is one I got with switch during release

fake controller, in a real box. feels janky, awkward to hold, and rattles LOUDLY. I'll go get a real one, in store. wasn't worth the $10 I "saved".... never buying from a third party again.

This is definitely a fake. Gave to my husband as a gift, and the rumble function made this awful sandpapery noise. I had to return in store (after waiting in long customer service line). While there, I decided I would just pick up a new one from the electronics section, where I noticed the lettering on the box was different from the broken controller. This leads me to believe it is a fake. Additionally, they would not let me exchange it as it's shipped by a third party seller, so I had to return and repurchase. The new one from Walmart works fine. Always make sure you buy things that say "fulfilled by walmart," otherwise what you get is what you get...
