my hands always hurt using normal Joycons but these actually don't make my hands hurt since i love using hand held its perfect for me but gonna be honest never used the extra buttons so not sure how that work's or how good it is but if your hands hurt with normal Joycons and your looking for something that feels good in your hands this is perfect in my opinion

These are great, but the only issue I have is that they make the entire Switch huge. This gives you less options for places to set it down safely - so I returned them and got the smaller model. Would 100% prefer this bigger model though if I'm recommended based on comfort only.

Received as a gift. I LOVE this controller. It's easier to hold in my hands than the stock controller that came with my switch. The controller feels comfortable and natural when using, and the buttons and toggles appear to be made really well. I'd recommend this controller to any gamers that want to up their gameplay.

i love how big the buttons are, theyre great for fortnite and other fast games. i love that they havent gotten stick drift yet, despite joycons usually having stick drift within a few months. this is overall a great alternative to regular joycons, i dont think ill ever go back, and i hope they come out with more colors! :)

I love the more ergonomic design of the “joy con/cortroller” it really helps for a gamer with carpal tunnel like myself. I don't see myself using anything other than these for handheld gameplay.

The HORI Nintendo Switch Split Pad Pro Ergonomic Controller for Handheld Mode makes it possible for me to play the switch as an handheld device. I cannot use the Joy Cons attached to the switch. they are designed for children with small hands.

There are genuinely the most comfortable controllers for playing the switch off of its dock. If you are an anything older than a child these are infinitely more confortable to use. I have no idea why these are not the standard for Switch controllers.

Very comfortable to hold. Somewhat big makes the system a bit heavier but gameplay so much better. Especially for games like Fortnite.

I was told about this product because the M6 Mobapad was $50 more, at least. construction feels deceptively flimsy, after gaming with it for 2 months I can attest that it holds up to the wear and tear of button mashing. sadly due to switch updates the programmable buttons no longer work, but the buttons are solid. the only other complaint is that I like visible controllers, the black plastic with red lettering is difficult to see unless your home has sufficient light. buy it while you can.

one it looks a little dusty but I'm okay with that. it's just that the shoulder button won't come back up once I press it and I'm worried about it messing with the game that I might be playing.
