Nintendo Switch™ w/ Neon Blue & Neon Red Joy-Con™

Everything was perfect ! Delivery was quick

Under condition it's states it's New . The item I received had finger print and scratches on the screen . And with a account already set up when turned on.

It’s long time I returned order still I didn’t receive money

I purchased this item online as a Christmas gift and I did not receive it I spoke with Walmart over chat rep was very rude and would not give me a replacement or my money back. I didn’t $316 on this item that I just lost, I will not be shopping here any longer as this is not good service, the agents I worked with were very rude and t helpful at all, so Walmart I really hope you needed my $316 to keep your company going as my child had to do without the one gift he asked for thanks for all the non help your company provided hope the agents I worked with have the day they deserve.

When you purchase just be clear that its an actual store, new purchase and not sovendorsomeone else. i purchased for next day delivery thinking ut was new and in syore. the item was used and had scratch marks all over. cleatly not new.. Very upsetting as it was a gift.

I received the switch %26 as soon as I plugged it in the entire switch would not come on. The light would flash. Waited 3 hours while the switch was on the dock and it never came on. Tried to make a return online and it won’t let me. The box it came in almost looks like a knock off. I’ve called numerous times to see how to go about a return and they will not answer. Do not waste your money. I spent almost $400 for something that doesn’t even work and something I can’t refund. This is absolutely ridiculous.

So, we own 2 of these and really enjoy them. I purchased this one and it shows that it was to come with several different games, as is often the case. I received the package, which appeared in perfect condition, sealed and unopened, including the shrink wrap. Connected it to our WiFi and prepared to link it to my existing Nintendo account. However, it was already registered and linked to someone else’s account. Long story short, it would not allow me to link it to my account unless I basically reformatted the system to start the process from scratch, which I did. Not only did it remove the previous registrant’s account, but also access to the game bundle that I purchased with this unit. It’s now registered and linked up fine, but my access to the games that were to come with it are lost with no way to recover them. Again the system was sealed in the box but it was evidently repackaged and sealed by the previous registrant and returned or it was repackaged and sealed by Walmart and resold as new. Irrespective, it will definitely be my last purchase of this kind from Walmart.

the item is great. I just got into gaming so I bought the Nintendo switch and then I upgraded to the switch 2. I ordered them online but Walmart wouldn't let me return them because something about the barcodes on the switch didn't match. buyer beware Walmart won't let you return this if you buy it

I bought this for a christmas present and it didn't last 3 months and won't charge. Walmart wouldn't allow it to be returned and it doesn't work when I tried to call someone to fix it they said it is from Japan version and nintendo can't fix it. I had to order my grandson a new one and put on it usa version I pray it works but am out the cost of the first one I purchased.

I ordered 4 items from Walmart.com. I received all the other items except this one. It says it was delivered at 5:21p.m. but it was not. All my other items said they where left on front porch. This item said it was just delivered, not where it was left. I have looked all around the house and even asked the neighbors, they donot have it. Ive asked for walmarts help and they have not been helpful at all. So it looks like im out $270.00 and my sons biggest Christmas gift!!!
