These are beautiful dishes! They are stoneware (which I have had stoneware in the past) it appears to be well made. We have used them at least a month and are enjoying them. They are really good quality!

Love these! Better than advertised. I saw complaints about the bowls being too small, and I agree visually, but they work out just fine for me.

Haven't had the opportunity to entertain yet, however. it is a rich color and looks a lot more expensive than it was.

Pictures do not capture the beauty of the color these plates actually look. better than expected and the edges are rounded up so food doesnt fall out. great price

In addition to being well made, the color combination was exactly what I was looking for. Other color combinations were available to choose from. Having a slightly raised edge on the plates is perfect for food having certain ingredients, i.e. sauces, gravy, etc.. The items were very well pack. The company provides a card with contact information in the event anything is damage. I loved the sale price but full list price is reasonable considering the quality of the product.

These quality dishes are durable enough for everyday use, yet stylish enough for a formal table. The minor color variations show the caliber of artisan, handcrafted beauty. The thick stoneware plates have a small lip that helps keep food from spilling. This also helps them stack compactly and securely in the cabinet. They microwave well, heating your food while still being comfortable to hold. They go through the dishwasher with no scratches or chips. As a bonus, they are lead- and cadmium-free from an eco-conscious company. Great dishes at a great value!

This stoneware set is beautifully stained and feels very high quality. It arrived well packed and shipped quickly. For its price, I would highly recommend it. The one caveat I've noticed is that the plates might not actually be dishwasher safe. When hand washed I never experienced scratching, but one cycle in the dishwasher left visible scratches on one of the plates despite proper spacing being used. Wish I could buy a single replacement plate instead of getting another set.

The dishes are beautiful, but the quality is not these dishes chip too easy and also break very easy. Wish I would've chosen something else. They were an expensive purchase.
