Open and possibly used….
It was a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas, and when it arrived, the packaging was not only was the plastic ripped apart from the cardboard, like it had been open, but the cardboard was also ripped. It looked like a used toy very disappointed, considering I rarely order anything online if it's a deterrent to do it again.
