My 9oz bottle was only half full and the seal had been broken. Contacted customer service and the problem has not been resolved. I have contacted customer service twice. I'm very disappointed

This poo-pourri is a knock off. It is not the same color, consistency, or smell as compared to the bottle I currently have. The label even looks copied.
