The 1st mode that will light is flashhing but these are great because you have a slower change between color changes or make it can be a solid color! So much fun in a pool!
They work wonderfully! They last all night long after being exposed to the sun during the day!
It works great. I should gave gotten 2 of them tho...to light up the whoke pool

it's ok for a small pool mine keeps getting stuck in area's that you can't see it !
I think another reviewer mentioned this...but despite these lights being very bright, with a nice added charging port feature I've never seen on any other pool lights, it has a "fatal flaw" I'm returning these for.... There's a "Mode" or "Selector" button you can push to choose a color you like, red, green, blue, or yellow, then a setting that slowly fades between them, then a flashing fade setting which I really hate for a peaceful night time pool mood....and guess which setting these lights default to EVERY NIGHT ! 😱 They will NOT remember the last setting selected...they always go back to that fast-flashing fade between colors setting....like a flashing motel sign. 🙄 The other "feature" I eventually realized I don't like are the shapes they project to the bottom of the pool, a fish, a crab, a star fish and a sea horse are the ones I can make out...but don't like because as the surface of the water is disturbed by wind and/or your flow, these lights bounce around on the surface a bit, so the "coloring book" shapes bounce around A LOT on the bottom...again ..not exactly "peacful," almost creating a vertigo motion sickness effect if you really pay attention to them. So I'm taking them back. 😪
