The expected delivery was accurate. However, I feel like the packaging of the product can improve. One of the 2 items came damaged.

Flocked Charmander

the product is great, but i've ordered three and two boxes are damaged. I think shipping of Walmart is not protected enough.

FAKE AND DAMAGED
The shipping is terrible, no protection of the pop the box came damaged and smashed. Also, this is a cheap knockoff not authentic, I am an avid collector and was looking to add this to my collection. I tried to provide a photo to show how you can tell its not authentic, the branding is blurred and the coloring is off. Will be returning.

Incorrect And Possibly Fake
Do not buy this flocked version of Charmander from City Life Inc. I emailed trying to verify that it was indeed a flocked version I was purchasing and they responded with a “yes” I was lied to and sent the non flocked version and I believe it might be fake. The coloring and the print one the box looked off and discolored. The only good thing was that Walmart was able to start an easy return.

never again walmart
this was a total disappointment.. the delivery was awful and the service too.. they left it on the snow when it was raining and my funko got totally ruined.. then Walmart wont even offer me a replacement. this was really disguising

Do not buy
Did not receive item that was on the pictures, the picture shows its flocked and that its a convention exclusive but I received a regular Funko pop not flocked not exclusive if I could give the seller 0 stars I would.
