Great compromise for a highly equipped laptop w/o built in drive. Simple, highly functional RW device powered by the USB. Not required for me but one that reads blue ray would cost a bit more.

it was perfect. I wanted an older version of Word on my PC as I detested Microsoft 365. i had the program on cd but no cd drive on my laptop. I am now a happy camper. I will be using this more.

It is very easy to use the speed and drivers are good and ease of use and ease of installation.

Delivery was fast, but quality was only fair. The front plate of the CD was loose on one side and I had to re-insert the clip on that side into a hole and glue it in place. This should have been caught at the factory. Device seems to work well now.

the driver was left outside my door I had been looking for it but when I finally got it it rained today and when I finally got it I noticed that the box were wet but I still try to use the drive because I didn't think it was would have messed up anything and it might not still be there but when I put the drive in it won't fade it keeps saying it tells my laptop to put a drop place to drive in places in I'll try to several times but it still won't work so I'm trying to send it back I'm not good at this and there's no help here now but I will try to get a picture of it and as you can see the box is wet but I'll try to several times especially on the new disc that I have bought and I placed two or three dis in and it still didn't work. it says show picture but I was trying to do it but I don't know how to do it now so I guess I will have to take a picture and go back into my photos and submit the picture cuz I don't know how to do this. I can't submit a picture at this time I was trying to do it but I need help

I have a windows 10 pc and it didn't detect the cd drive at all and even when I downloaded the app it said to download it still didn't work
